
Deep Relaxation, Calm, Energy (Gong & Shamanic Drum Journey)

Use your breath to easily and effortlessly connect back to calmness and connectedness. This is a highly restorative and healing practice that comprises a gong and shamanic drum journey. This practice can be listened to whenever you feel anxious or uneasy or to unwind and relax before bed.
Transcript
Take your first deep breath.
Inhale,
Together.
And release.
Inhale.
And release.
And release.
And release.
And release.
And release.
And release.
And release.
Beautiful.
Breathing in and out,
Continuously on your own.
Deep inhale.
And exhale.
And exhale.
Now imagine a golden white light above your head.
A golden white light.
A light of your wisdom.
A light of your inside connection to infinite intelligence.
Imagine that.
Allow it to shine brightly,
Gloriously,
And strongly above your head.
Imagine a sparkle with colors.
With energy.
With your true essence.
Swirling and dancing above you as you relax into it and it relaxes into you.
Gently lift your head up as from the next inhale you breathe in.
Unlimited source of energy.
Calmness.
Healing light.
And as you exhale,
Imagine dark black exhales of whatever needs to be expelled in your body.
And below it,
Exhale it into the middle of the room where the candle is so it can burn away.
Watch it burn away as you exhale all the tension in your body.
Breathing beautiful white golden lights.
And exhale tension.
Exhale stress.
Exhale things that are not comfortable.
Not loving.
Things that you were not prepared and wanting to deal with.
Release that attachment.
Also,
At the same time,
Imagine purple and blue flames all around you like you're sitting in a dancing circle of flames.
Big,
Tall flames,
Size of you,
Maybe even double.
These are the flames of cleansing.
They cleanse your aura,
They cleanse you,
And they also prevent things that are not in resonance with your energy to be in your field.
Cleansing negativity.
Cleansing people who don't respect you.
Cleansing energy around you.
Or whatever vibrations that may be lingering,
Any thought patterns that are not needed anymore.
Maybe one's had a grip on you.
Just send those with your out-breath,
If you know it specifically,
Into those flames around you.
So breathe into whatever stresses you out,
Whatever you're thinking,
And then breathe out and release it into those flames.
Remember to relax as you exhale.
Breathe into any feelings of uncontrolled ability and release that control.
To the flames of the out-breath.
Breathing the vibrations of the gong into any parts of your body,
To the back of your neck,
The back of your throat.
And then allow the back of the throat to hold the vibration and let it travel down your back.
And your exhale,
Let it travel down your back.
And then let it travel down your face.
I want you to also breathe into the temples in your brain.
Breathe that gong vibration into those spaces in your brain and your head.
And then as you exhale,
Let that expand in your head.
And releasing the frown between your eyebrows,
The top of your head.
Let that open up.
There's a zipper that you can zip open.
Open it up and connect it to that golden white light.
Let there be seamless transformation,
Seamless communication between the two.
Only stuff that's in resonance with your highest self may come through.
Let that vibration feel and fill the top of your head.
Feel it use the top of your head so you can feel the vibrations.
Breathe from the top of your head.
And exhale down the front of your body.
Relax your chest.
The front of your body.
Receive.
Open up your front of your body.
Your heart.
Your throat.
Breathe with your chest open,
Your neck.
Let it relax and surrender to the sound as you open up your shoulders.
Let that flow through the inside of you.
Relax your arms,
Your shoulders,
Your armpits,
Sides of your body.
Lift your arms a little bit.
Let the air come out of your armpits as you breathe in and exhale through that.
There's so much chi that can come out from you.
Breath in.
And exhale,
Release.
Come on through your arm,
Under your arm heads.
Let that out.
Anything else that you want to let go of in your body or your mind or your week or your month or even an old wound from a long time ago.
Allow that to show itself in front of you in a symbol or a word.
And as you take your next deep breath,
Allow that to be in front of you.
Maybe don't have anything that's perfect as well.
Whatever it is you really want to let go of,
Bring it up.
The most important one of all.
Or whatever just wants to be let go of today.
It's all good.
Bring it in front of you.
And then in the next exhale,
Send it to the center of the earth.
But first,
Send it through the fire.
Burn it.
It's in that fire.
Breathe through it as you watch it burn.
Watch it burn,
Watch it burn.
Let it sparkle.
Burn it to ashes.
And then send it to the middle of Mother Earth where it came from.
I've got your back,
She says.
Just give it to me and I'll transmute it to something else.
Just visualize that constantly.
Just give it to me and I'll transmute it to something else.
Imagine a wonderful,
Wonderful garden in front of you.
Soil,
Fresh.
Smell that fresh soil.
Deep breath.
Smell that fresh soil of your inner world's garden.
And this soil,
This fresh soil full of probiotics and lots of earthworms which are happily turning that soil over for you.
You have an opportunity to plant any type of seed.
It can be a symbolic seed,
A seed that allows you to grow into something meaningful.
Something,
Maybe it's a meaningful seed or maybe it's even an intention of restful sleep or intention of more focus.
Whatever that intention or seed may be,
Allow yourself to have one.
So as you walk in these flower beds of soil,
Imagine your feet in the ground,
Sinking into soft,
Fresh soil.
You find yourself hovering over a little spot that has an arrow towards it.
And suddenly you hear your favorite song play in the distance.
You smell to yourself excited that,
Hey,
Your favorite song is playing.
And then suddenly behind you,
You see that your favorite animal is there.
You run your fingers into that animal.
It's so friendly,
Really wants to play with you.
It's so tame too.
And you happily play with it for a little while.
And you realize that it actually has something in its mouth.
What is it?
It drops it and it was holding something in its mouth.
And it drops it and it's your favorite fruit.
You look at it and you smile,
Even with the saliva of the animal.
It's still very cool that it has your favorite fruit right there.
And you're so excited because you're like,
I can't believe this is all in my mind's eye and in this garden.
So the animal looks at you and says goodbye,
Hops off or flies off or walks off,
Whatever it is.
And you start looking into the soil as you dig into the soil,
You find a little box made of biodegradable material.
And in this box,
This is your soul's gift.
You open up the box and you see something inside of it.
What is it?
Allow yourself to open yourself up so that you are able to see whatever your soul wants you to see.
The soul's gift.
What is in that?
The first thing that shows is the right one.
You see this shape.
What shape is it that you see?
Is there a texture?
Is there a consistency?
Did you know what it is?
You don't have to.
Whatever it is is perfect.
What color is it?
Even if you don't know or you don't see it,
It's still there.
Always imagine it being a seed that has yet to grow into a seedling.
As you look at the seed or whatever it is in your box,
I want you to send all of your intentions to it.
And the intention goes like this.
It's a fill-in-the-blank intention.
You can say something like,
I feel blah blah blah blah.
If your intention is to feel calm,
Well rested,
Powerful but in a feminine way,
You say,
I feel calm.
When your intention has come true,
This is the ultimate feeling you're going for.
I feel calm with your intention.
That's your intention.
If you have other intentions,
Feel free to edit it and say,
I feel what your intention is.
Or you can say,
I am something.
So either I feel blank or I am blank.
So start now in your head.
As you say that,
I want you to plant that seed into the ground and cover it up.
I feel something.
Awaken that part of you that feels that and that is that.
Whatever it is,
Your intention,
Whatever it is that you want to be,
Feel that.
That sensation comes through you as you plant the seed into your body,
The soil.
Feel that part of you that has not already fell.
So swirl and feel that part of your essence that has an intention and runs the foreground to the air.
Feel that part of you that has not already fallen.
So swirl and feel that part of you that has an intention and runs the foreground to the air.
Feel that part of you that has not already fallen.
So swirl and feel that part of you that has an intention and runs the foreground to the air.
Let it grow and let it flourish.
Give it love and care.
What else is there to release to let this grow?
Feel that part of you that has not already fallen.

So in this space and in this place,
I want you to take deep breaths in as you feel the sensation of calmness and groundedness and peace and joy fill you.
As you feel whatever you need to be and you need to feel for your intention to mature in your life right now.
In your next breath,
Feel it even more.
As you bring yourself back slowly,
Allow each breath to connect you deeper and deeper with the sense of letting go,
Surrender,
And ultimate trust that you have what it takes to be,
Do,
And have whatever it is that you truly resonate with.
And no matter what you can do or what the activity is,
There is always a way to do it with your full integrity self.
And as long as you do that,
Your body is relaxed.
It doesn't have to conflict with anything.
It's just how to find a way.
Breathe into your heart and your throat.
And as you release,
Allow everything in your face to move forth and release into the flames.
And again,
Breathe in.
Two more deep ones.
Into the candle.
And the last one.
Resume normal breathing.
Gentle coming back to this room.
And we are ready.
We open your eyes.
