I am a yoga and meditation teacher based in London, proud to be an Accessible yoga teacher and ambassador in the UK. I create guided meditations for deep relaxation, healing and softening. I work with trauma based yoga, yoga for cancer patients, yoga for dementia and yoga for stroke patients. Guided meditations are always included in my yoga classes. I myself am a cancer survivor and aim to help as many people as I can to heal, relax and soften with compassion.
