Start to settle in,

Relax back down and close your eyes.

Your body relax down into the floor,

The bed.

Focus gently on your breathing,

Slow deep long inhalations,

Slower,

Deeper,

Longer exhalations.

Bring your sense awareness to your face,

Relax your teeth and your tongue apart,

Soften your jaw,

Your cheeks,

Your eyes.

Let the back of your head now sink into the floor as you relax your forehead.

Sense any tension,

Your forehead just melt away.

He's down to the back of your neck into your shoulders.

A gentle sense of relief,

A release as well as your shoulders just ease,

Sink down.

A sense of heaviness,

A sense of lightness,

A sense of warmth and a cool tingling sensation in your shoulders.

Let your breath be your guide as you breathe slower,

Deeper and longer than when you started your relaxation.

Relax your whole right arm all the way down to your fingers,

Release and relax your fingers one by one.

Relax your whole left arm all the way down to your fingers softening as you move down,

Relax each finger one by one.

Let your body rest,

Just feel that you're safe,

Resting here relaxed and at ease.

A sense of tranquil calm like a big wave wash right through you.

The whole back of your body relax and settle down,

Release into the muscles,

Soften your tissue,

Soften your bones.

Ease all the way down through your right leg,

Through your knee calf muscle,

Relax your whole right foot.

Feel a softness in the bones as you release any tension from your right foot,

Soften between your toes.

Relax each toe one by one.

Relax your left thigh and ease down all the way to your left foot.

Sense that softness again in the bones,

Soften between your toes as you relax each toe one by one.

Breathing slow down more,

Inhaling a big wave of calm and then exhale out in that same wave any tension,

Any worries,

Any fears,

Let them go.

Let your belly rise with every inhalation and slowly sink down with the next exhalation.

Feel a softness in your internal organs as they relax more and more.

Let your belly rise with the inhalation,

Your natural normal breath.

Let it slowly sink down with the next exhalation,

Just releasing and letting go.

A sense of ease deep down in your belly,

A sense of gentle calm,

A sense of peace.

Be in your heart space,

Linger in your heart space,

Soften into your heart space.

Be one with your heart space and see what's going on,

What feelings,

Emotions,

Memories come up when you just stay in your heart space and breathe.

Let a gentle inner smile open up into your heart space,

A sense of joy,

A sense of well-being and let that inner smile radiate out from your heart space.

Softening,

Releasing.

With it,

A sense of joy,

Of well-being,

Of calm,

Surrounding your heart space and spreading beyond.

It's almost like a glow of radiant joy,

Happiness coming from your heart space,

Spreading out and beyond,

Beyond yourself.

Your inner smile is always there in your heart space.

It is your inner resource,

It is always there in times of need.

Breathe into it,

Breathe life into your inner smile,

Feel it,

Sense it,

Be with it.

Whatever storm is going on on the outside,

You will always have a tranquil area in your heart space,

Your inner smile is always there.

Feel it as you start to drift off a little bit more.

Softening,

Relaxing,

Deepening into your meditation.

Just letting go.

Sense.

A calm washing through your whole body,

Flowing through your whole body and mind.

Just let go.
