Rachel, I have multiple forms of arthritis and chronic inflammatory diseases. You have been an inspiration for me. I have realized which poses work better for me and when to just skip one or two. It’s nice to find someone else who understands what I am living even though I look fine on the outside. Namaste!

Nice! Adding to my morning movement folder. As with my other short wake-up movement favorites, I found I wanted to pause and add a few movements, for example ankle and hip rotation, legs to ceiling and gentle twists between banana stretch and sitting, and a sitting twist before standing.
