Explore MeditationMitha is a yoga and meditation teacher but always considers herself a student first. Born and raised in Mumbai, India and presently lives with her family in Melbourne, Australia. She discovered the magic of yoga in 2008 when she stepped onto her mat after dipping in and out of the practice for many years. Armed with a Masters degree in Psychology and a Diploma in Classical yoga, she believes she is a bridge making yoga accessible to everyone. Her dream is to build a community of yoga lovers and let acceptance, compassion and love ripple out into everything around us.
