Welcome to this guided meditation.

Lay down on your back And allow your eyes to close Palms can either be facing up or facing down And allow yourself to settle Noticing the breath And nothing to do or control with your breath.
Just breathe Maybe in through the nose And out through the nose Or in through the mouth And out through the mouth Observing where the body touches the ground And feeling this grounding energy from the earth Knowing you're safe here Feeling grounded Taking a scan of the entire body All the way from the crown of the head To the tips of the toes Every nook and cranny of the body Take a scan Take a scan And ask yourself,
How am I feeling?
Notice any emotions come up in the body Any parts of the body you can feel those emotions.
Just notice it.
Just observe it And allow those emotions to just fall into the ground Allow those emotions to just dissolve into the ground Feeling this grounding energy Each breath you take those emotions just fall into the ground Feeling the whole body relaxing now.
Whole body relaxes Each breath you take you relax even more and more Each breath you take you feel a wave of relaxation throughout the body from the crown of the head to the tips of the toes Noticing your body relaxing even more,
Ten times more now Any of the tension in the shoulders relaxing,
Jaw relaxing,
Whole face relaxes,
Whole body relaxes here each and every breath you take Any of the tension that you feel just melts into the ground.
Feel this grounding energy to the earth Allowing gravity to just melt it,
To just take it and just absorb it into the ground Allowing gravity to do its thing All you have to do is breathe it in and breathe it out All you have to do is breathe Nothing to do or control,
Just breathe All you have to do is breathe it in and breathe it out Noticing the breath smoothing out and noticing the body fully relaxed,
Noticing the mind relaxing Feel this grounding energy to the earth Saying a mantra to yourself on the inhale say I am And on the exhale say grounded Inhale I am Exhale grounded Inhale I am Exhale grounded,
Keep saying that mantra to yourself Exhale grounded,
Keep saying that mantra to yourself Exhale grounded,
Keep saying that mantra to yourself Inhale I am Inhale I am,
Exhale grounded,
Feeling that grounded energy,
Feeling that peace,
Feeling that love,
Feeling that acceptance,
That self-care,
Unconditional love Slowly allowing that mantra to fade away,
To dissolve into the ground Coming back to the present moment,
Coming back to the breath,
