Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Yogi Brian.
Find your comfortable spot,
Your comfortable space,
Either sitting on a chair,
Sitting on a meditation cushion or pillow,
Or maybe laying down on your back.
Find a comfortable spot where your body can remain still.
And whenever you're ready,
Softly close your eyes.
And just breathe.
Awareness to the breath.
Awareness to the inhale.
And the exhale.
Allowing your mind to clear.
Just like a pebble in the pond,
The ripples smooth out.
Watching every breath you take,
Your mind smooths out.
Smoothing out the breath.
Smoothing out the body.
And smoothing out the mind.
Giving yourself permission to relax.
And you notice your whole body feels heavier,
Relaxing even more and more.
You notice your breath is smoothing out.
And there's nothing you need to do or control.
Just breathe.
Allowing your thoughts to just be,
Nothing to do or control with your thoughts.
Just observe your thoughts like you're watching a movie.
Be the observer.
Be the seer.
Allow the thoughts to roll in and roll out.
Each and every breath you take.
I want you to think of a time you felt the most powerful love.
Think of a time where you felt such unconditional love.
And as you think of this,
Notice where in the body you feel this emotion.
Notice where in the body you feel this love.
And as you see it,
As you feel it in the body,
You'll start to notice a color.
Feel this love.
See this color.
And feel the emotion.
Feel this love.
See this color.
And imagine it ten times stronger.
Ten times stronger.
Really notice in the body where it's coming from.
See this color.
Feel this color.
Ten times stronger.
This unconditional love.
Now take this feeling.
Take this color.
Take this unconditional love.
And send it to all your friends,
All your family.
Send this love to them.
Like a laser beam shooting out of the part of the body.
You feel this love.
You see this love.
You see this color.
Send it out to all your friends and all your family.
Now take this love.
Take this color.
And send it to some strangers.
Maybe it was a stranger you saw at the store.
Send this unconditional love.
Send this color.
Shoot it out to a stranger.
Send them love.
Now take this feeling.
Take this energy.
Take this color.
Take this unconditional love.
And send it to a person or persons that you don't like.
Send this love to someone that you don't like.
This unconditional love.
This color.
Shoot it out to them like a laser beam to someone you don't like.
Now feel this love.
Feel this color.
This unconditional love.
Feel it in your body.
You've sent this love out to family,
Friends,
Strangers,
And even people you don't like.
Each and every cell in your body is full of unconditional love.
Every single muscle fiber in your body is full of unconditional love.
Now silently to yourself,
Say this mantra.
I attract positive and loving people in my life.

Keep saying this mantra to yourself silently for the next two minutes.

Allow that mantra to sink deep into your heart space.
