In today's journey we're floating down a river of rapids of limitations and your concerns relating to money to a tranquil river of abundance and flow flowing money. So to get started take a seat or lay down get yourself comfortable and we'll jump right in. You can close your eyes or lightly gaze forward and take a nice deep and grounding breath. Let any of that energy kind of melt down into the surface beneath you. Just let yourself rest and then in your mind's eye imagine yourself on a small raft. You're navigating a turbulent and forceful river. The water rushes around you and you can hear the roaring of the rapids up ahead. You feel the stress and concern surging through your body with each of the waves that seem to crash over the little raft. This river symbolizes the challenges and your internal limiting beliefs relating to money, Particularly your beliefs in lack and not having enough. As you continue through the rapids your fear and tension raises even more within you. It's as though the river knows the struggles you've been facing when it comes to money and these rapids symbolize the obstacles and financial challenges that have truly tested you in the past. As you navigate these treacherous rapids you also notice that your thoughts are filled with beliefs of scarcity and lack. You may have felt that money is scarce and you've struggled to meet financial needs but then as you continue down the river something around you begins to shift. The turbulent waters gradually calms and the river transforms into a gentle easy flowing stream. You suddenly feel yourself breathing easier and you notice the banks of the river are lush and abundant teeming with overflowing life. As you glide along this now gentle river you become aware of a profound sense of knowing within you. It's a deep inner knowing that abundance is not something external but something that flows from within you. You realize that you are the source of your own abundance and you have the power to attract and create financial wealth. With each passing moment on this tranquil river you feel your internal beliefs shifting. The belief in scarcity and lack gives way to a belief in abundance and prosperity. You understand that you can create a life of financial abundance by aligning your thoughts actions and intentions with this new belief. Take a moment to bask in this abundance and prosperity that surrounds you. Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin and the gentle current of the river carrying you forward. You are now in a state of financial flow where money flows to you effortlessly. Continue with this feeling of easy flowing money. Abundance is always coming into you. You have an internal knowing that you can have everything and you do have everything you've always wanted and needed. Take another moment now and visualize yourself floating gently down this river with money flowing with ease to you. And from here you make your way back to where you started but what was once a turbulent river now also has calmed to be serene and gentle. You take another breath and you know that you can return to this peaceful river whenever your mind, Whenever you need to reinforce your belief in your abundance. You take another breath and come back to your body in the present moment and when you are ready you can open your eyes and carry with you the newfound belief in your ability to attract and create wealth in your life. You are the source of your abundance and you can manifest financial prosperity with confidence and ease. And you come back to you. And thank you for joining me on this journey.
