Resting In The Soul Of The Universe

Close your eyes.

Start to observe your breathing.

Allow the mind to focus on the breath.

Feel the breath as it enters,

As it leaves.

Become aware of the sensations within the body,

The movements in the ribcage,

As the breath enters,

As the breath leaves.

Feel the stillness growing in the mind.

Observe the thoughts without reacting to the thoughts.

And feel how the breath brings you peace,

How the thoughts can bring stress,

Anxiety.

Continue to move your awareness to the breathing.

Allow the thoughts to drift away.

The breath continues to take you to silence.

You continue observing the breathing.

You enjoy the silence that builds within.

Observe the thoughts that enter,

Leave the mind.

You see how the thoughts contradict,

Create fear,

Anxiety,

Create desires,

Take you away from the present moment.

And you realize how the breath brings you stillness,

Calmness.

You observe the thoughts without reacting to the thoughts.

And as you do this,

You start to realize that the mind is not you.

It's a collection of energies that have been influenced by other energies,

That have been influenced by the five senses,

By likes and dislikes.

But essentially,

The mind consists of thought patterns,

Waves,

Energies that come and go.

There's no permanence to these thoughts.

They can easily contradict each other.

They can create imaginary futures.

They can create fears of things that never happen.

Create desires to take you away from enjoying the present moment,

When really the present moment is all there is.

You observe the thoughts,

Observe the mind and see that this is not you.

The mind creates an identity,

An idea of who you are.

But then that changes with time.

The body itself changes with time.

There's no permanence in this identity.

And as you realize this,

A point of light deep within you,

Deep within your heart,

Calls to you,

Asks you to remember your roots,

Your origins and it shines as a beautiful white light within your heart.

It tells you that the mind is not real.

Identifying with this body that's constantly changing is not real.

Thoughts turn into feelings when they reach the body,

But these feelings are constantly changing.

They,

Like the mind,

Have no permanence.

The white light continues to shine brightly within you and tells you that your permanence lies in eternity.

This body is impermanent.

It's always changing.

The mind is impermanent.

Its dreams,

Its fears,

Its imagination are always changing.

Within the white light,

Within your heart,

Are the secrets to life and its beauty.

The real reason the universe came into existence is that beauty,

Love,

Peace wanted to exist.

The mind is simply a trick.

It's simply imagination that takes your way from the peace of the present moment.

The mind creates all kinds of dreams,

Imagination,

Fears,

Anxieties.

It stops you from enjoying the only thing that ever is and that's this present moment in time.

As you observe the mind,

The thoughts,

Without reacting to them,

As you recognize that these are just waves that come and go,

You see that there's a permanence that's much deeper that manifests when you're still and enjoying the present moment,

The only thing that's ever real.

The white light within your heart awakens,

Brings you stillness and serenity,

Reminds you that the force of love and beauty and stillness that created the universe is deep within you,

Deep inside you.

You see the white light within you.

There's a bright beam of light that's now reaching out,

Connecting throughout the universe to its roots,

Its origins,

But also to everything that moves,

Everything that contains energy.

Your true existence,

The light tells you,

Now that you see that it's not just within you,

But within the entire universe,

Your true existence lies in being part of the soul of the universe.

This identity,

This form that you take,

Is impermanent.

The body changes all the time,

The mind is not based on reality,

Just on thoughts that are always contradicting each other.

Thoughts that are waves that come and go.

Hold no permanence,

Your permanence lies on the in the love within,

The love within that makes up the soul of the universe,

The unity that binds,

Connects,

That's growing all the time,

Expanding,

Manifesting.

See how the mind,

The thoughts are not you.

The body too is something that's constantly changing,

The feelings within this body are constantly changing,

But your truth lies deeper within,

The white light within you,

That's part of the soul of the universe.

You examine this energy as it connects to every single thing that is.

You see that the soul of the universe was created by a force of love,

Happiness,

Bliss,

All the qualities you've ever searched for,

They're within you and within the entire universe.

You don't need to follow the tricks of the mind,

It existed for a time to help you,

But you don't need it now.

The soul of the universe is here to guide you,

It's always been inside you,

It's your ultimate truth.

The past,

The future can never exist because the only thing that ever is,

Is the now.

Life is an eternal ever-present now,

This moment is all that ever exists and the light and the love of the soul of the universe as it expresses itself brings you here to the present moment to experience the oneness,

The simplicity.

You see that tensions,

Stresses,

Anxieties are created by the mind,

That the mind has served its purpose now,

But you can kiss it goodbye and enjoy the sense of presence,

Oneness,

Simply being in the now that comes from connecting back to your true source.

The soul of the universe that's breathing within you,

Breathing within every living being,

Every creature,

Every insect,

Every fish,

Every animal,

Every human,

It's even breathing within the plants,

Within the rocks,

The minerals.

The soul of the universe is alive,

It's an expression of love that's been dormant inside,

That expresses itself more and more powerfully at each moment.

The mind is simply an illusion,

A trick,

Imagination,

Things that are not real and always changing.

The truth lies deep within,

The soul of the universe,

The light within brings you nothing but stillness,

Complete stillness.

Thoughts and feelings,

You can observe them,

Watch them,

But they're not you,

You don't need to react to them,

You can let them go and connect to the beautiful soul of the universe,

The light,

If you can just observe them then you'll find stillness within and when you find stillness within,

The source of the universe,

The soul of the universe unfolds.

Life manifests how it truly is,

An expression of love and peace and kindness unfolding.

The present moment.

The love of the universe is here deep inside you.

It's unfolding,

Manifesting in each moment bringing all of us back to our roots,

It shows you the oneness that is the true nature of the universe.

Through not reacting to the mind,

Just observing it.

The force of love that binds,

Fills with love.

This is all that's true,

All that's real.

Manifesting love that creates the universe.

Just love and light exist.

This is the only truth that exists.
