We have all the resources we need within us to thrive as individuals, communities, and as humanity. Zawadi's personal mental health journey, experiences with different holistic modalities, and her commitment to SoulCare as a lifestyle, have been her greatest teachers. She weaves a variety of tools, resources, practices, rituals, ancestral wisdom, and her intuition to support others in their unique spiritual journeys. These include gentle and restorative yoga, breathwork, meditation, sacred dance, sound healing, soul writing, earthing, and anything that helps us rewild and reconnect with our Divine essence. Mother Nature is her medicine, teacher, and spiritual practice.
