Swirling thoughts equal anxiety clear mind equals calm proof free day No nap timing panic.

No rushing home for bedtime clear calm Saturday off no emails deadlines lunch worries clear calm clean house No laundry dish kid mess loop clear calm Sure,

Those three things have been linked to me feeling calm,

But not always I've had clear mind days to in chaos.

It's me.
