BeatBurnout,

A simple guide to live free from stress and overwhelm and love your life.

Introduction.

You are already healed.

There's nothing wrong with you.

Burnout and overwhelm,

They're just signs,

Gifts really,

Telling you to slow down.

You're just caught up in a bunch of whirling and swirling thought.

When I finally saw this,

I stopped chasing fixes.

Peace,

Beauty,

Love,

They were already there.

I'm free.

I just think I'm not.

Here's what I want you to know.

You forget you're healed because you're moving too fast and thinking too much.

Burnout is when your tank is empty,

Your mind won't shut up,

And you're running on fumes and life keeps demanding more.

You feel you're thinking about a topic,

You get scared,

And you think it's the truth.

But you don't have to live under that spell.

Humans have two defaults,

A calm mind and a busy mind.

Once I learned this,

And the difference between thought and thinking,

Which I'll get into,

Ahead,

My entire life was set free.

It's how I found peace from stress and overwhelm.

You can too.

Let me lay the groundwork of this book for you.

Thought versus thinking.

Thought pops in.

How about chicken tonight?

Thinking grabs it and runs away.

Chicken?

You just ate that.

All you think about is food.

Who's texting?

This life is insane.

I'm late.

I literally can't get over this.

That inner narrator never shuts up.

Ever.

Guess what?

You can ignore the follow-up.

Yep,

You really can.

Of course,

During tons of whirling and swirling thoughts,

The body starts kicking in.

Heart racing,

Spacey breathing,

Everything weird.

Oh no.

I feel so anxious.

I need to meditate.

Do black streak breathing.

Do cardio.

It snowballs.

Then the hard-hitting,

Habitual scary thoughts show up.

Mine were,

Something's wrong with my kids.

I need to move.

I need to quit my job.

I really need to get this skin looked at.

And I start believing stuff my brain spits out.

My brain says,

This time it's different.

Last time I was overreacting.

I really do have.

It feels gripping,

Urgent,

And final.

That's my cue to ignore it.

When the thinking stops,

You tap into the beautiful part inside.

The love,

Peace,

And calm.

But a busy mind clouds it,

Creates this agitated film over everything.

Today,

We're moving a mile a minute.

Bed,

To lunches,

To breakfast,

To drop-off,

Work,

Pickup,

Dinner,

Bedtime,

Repeat.

The hurried pace is the perfect recipe for a busy mind.

I want every woman to know,

You have access to deeper love and joy than you ever thought possible.

You don't have to live anxious,

Overwhelmed,

And waiting for the next thing to feel better.

Relief isn't out there.

It's not from anything but yourself.

It's from inside you.

I hope this book helps you see this deeply,

And that anything and everything is possible.

That grip your habitual thoughts have on you is not permanent.

That any time you want,

You can decide to drop out of your thinking,

And see and feel yourself as you really are.

Pure peace,

Love,

And joy.

Your true nature is available to you at any moment.

I hope you see that without changing one thing,

You can stop burnout and live living overwhelmed.

All it takes,

In one thought,

To start a wave of beautiful feeling and a beautiful life.

You don't have to do anything to feel better.

You already are better.
