I invite you to close your eyes and simply bring awareness into this space,

Taking a deep inhale and exhaling.

Another inhale,

Holding your breath at the top and exhaling,

Bringing your attention to your body,

Noticing where you feel any restlessness,

Any tingles.

On an inhale,

Breathing in beautiful golden light energy,

And exhaling all of the anxious or restless feelings that you are feeling in your body,

Bringing your left hand to your heart and your right hand to your belly,

Feeling the movement as you breathe,

Allowing yourself to be completely present here with yourself,

With your body,

With your breath,

And remembering that any time your mind starts to wander,

Simply bring it back to the breath,

Back to the feeling of your belly and your chest moving with your breathing,

Bringing your attention to your energetic body,

Feeling the space around your heart chakra,

Allowing yourself to feel any shame,

Any unworthiness,

Any emotions that you'd rather not look at,

Allowing yourself to simply hold these emotions,

Finding acceptance in whatever you've done to feel this,

And knowing that you've done your best.

Inhaling forgiveness for yourself,

And exhaling shame.

Inhaling forgiveness,

And exhaling unworthiness.

Inhaling forgiveness for yourself,

And exhaling the idea that you are not enough.

Feeling your hand on your heart,

Feeling the energy from your palms as it moves into these spaces,

Making its way to your heart chakra,

Nurturing you,

Allowing yourself to feel in this moment allowing yourself to let go of the attachments to the shame,

To whatever negative ideas and beliefs you've been carrying right now in this space.

Allow yourself to release everything you've been carrying that doesn't feel good.

Allow yourself to find humility in learning new approaches,

Ones that feel in alignment for you.

Allow yourself to be a student,

But to be open to learning.

Allow yourself to be curious.

Allow yourself to focus on feeling good,

Feeling joy,

Feeling expansion.

Allow yourself to let go of anything from the past,

Knowing and trusting that as you move forward,

You will do so from a place of love,

A place of alignment.

Allow yourself to feel this beautiful,

Peaceful,

Moving through you.

This surrender is you.

You are light.

You are worthy.

You are enough.

You are deserving.

Allow this energy to continue moving through you,

Trusting that this is you and your most authentic self.

Carry this energy and this beautiful surrender as you move through your day.

Thank yourself for showing up for you.

Thank yourself.

Thank yourself for being who you are.

Thank yourself for being you.

The light in me honors the light in you.
