To open your senses.

Make sure you are warm and cozy in your space.
Feel your body begin to relax and gently close your eyes.
Feel your shoulders drop and your jaw release.
And just begin by simply noticing the rhythm of your breath.
There's no need to change it,
Just inhale slowly through your nose.
Feel the breath and exhale softly through your mouth.
Now,
Inhale as if you're breathing in the scent of something beautiful.
Blossoms,
Herbs,
The fresh earth.
And as you exhale,
You're softly sighing it back out to the world.
Inhale,
Breathe in that beautiful scent.

Open to life and exhale,
Soften into it.

And now receive the beautiful gift of this moment.

And just let it melt into your body.
Let your breath become a quiet invitation for wonder to return.

Visualize yourself in a gentle forest in early spring.
The air is cool and fresh,
Filled with the earthy scent of rain-soaked soil.
Around you,
There are tiny green shoots pushing through the earth,
Hope made visible.
Bird song drifts above you,
And soft sunlight filters through the budding branches.
You find a small clearing and just stand still.
Just breathe in this sacred aliveness.
As you inhale,
Feel this energy,
Light,
Soft,
Full of newness,
And it's filling your chest.
And as you exhale,
Feel your body soften,
As if returning home to something it always knew.
In this quiet forest,
You begin to remember.
You are part of this rhythm.

Are awakening.

Are allowed to start again.

Just feel this wonder ripple through you,
Not as something to grasp,
But as something to receive.
