Start to find yourself in a comfortable position.

Make any adjustments that you need to make.

Rolling out the wrists.

Rolling out the shoulders.

Bringing all of your attention into your body.

And starting to bring the attention down all the way into your stomach.

Inhaling in so your stomach expands like a balloon.

And exhaling,

Feeling the stomach come in towards the back.

Notice when you're inhaling into your stomach if that could allow some of your lower back muscles to relax.

See if that could allow some of your digestive enzymes,

Everything in your stomach that processes for you,

That digests for you,

Just allow them to be soothed and cleansed by this expansive breath.

And see how deep you can let yourself breathe into the stomach.

And notice that just by cultivating this deeper relationship with your stomach of acceptance,

Of attention,

That perhaps it will also begin to communicate with you in ways you can understand.

Now that you've opened up a deeper commitment to this area of your body,

Opened up the lines of communication,

And you've sent your attention down there.

And this is how you communicate with your stomach.

And now just imagine that you could send a message down to your stomach,

Thanking it for processing life for you,

For processing your nutrition,

And anything else you feel grateful for this area of your body for doing.

For being able to carry a new life,

Anything that the stomach has done for you in the past this area.

And now just choosing a gift to send to your stomach,

A gift in the form of an intention such as love,

Tranquility,

Anything that brings a sense of peace when you think about it.

Imagine you could just send that word,

That intention down with your breath,

And allow it to circulate in the stomach as if that word was part of a sunbeam that could just send out to all of the fibers.

Continuing to inhale as expansive as you can into the stomach,

Feel it inflate like a balloon,

And feel the belly button sink down towards the back.

And then exhale.

Noticing any sense of relief that you have for just fully accepting right now the size of your stomach,

Even when it expands.

Although it may seem bigger than you want it to be now,

Just know that that is not permanent.

And know that your stomach has done a lot to protect you,

To protect your power or your pride.

So now see if there's another message that you could send your stomach.

Anything else that comes up,

Perhaps an apology for being so upset about the size,

Or even permission.

Just like when you get to be grown,

And you start to formulate your own ideas,

Opinions,

You can let your stomach know that you've decided now that you're safe,

And that the stomach no longer needs to protect you with any excess weight.

The power of observation and intuition now.

And this is your new safety of awareness,

No longer needing this physical protection of your stomach weight.

And just feel that area get soothed.

Continuing that expanse of breath into the stomach,

Sending that intention of acceptance and grace.

And feeling that courage that's growing within you.

Knowing that now you have the courage to transform your body,

To transform this area of your body.

And to transform the relationship you have with protection and power.

It is safe to be seen,

To be witnessed for who you are.

Go ahead and make those statements into an affirmation that you will send again now to your stomach.

Such as,

I am safe.

I am secure.

And imagine them being added just like you add ingredients to a soup.

And you add all of these herbs and spices,

Start to add these intentions,

Sending them down with your breath.

That you are safe and secure and powerful to create the life that is aligned with your highest self.

Just see if there's any other crevices,

Any other areas in the stomach that maybe have not received the full amount of breath and see if you can expand the inhales to send it to the left side and the right side.

Sending it behind the stomach as well to the back.

And then begin to focus on the back area.

The root of the spine behind the stomach.

And turn on your imagination now.

Imagine that the root of your spine could grow roots like a plant all the way down through the foundation.

So it's connected to the green grass.

It's connected to the soft soil.

And it's connected to layers of crystal.

And mineral deposits underneath our earth.

Just imagine this cord of connection that runs through from your spine all the way down into the nourishing.

Imagine that your body is like a tree and it's connected,

Stabilized,

And provided for with all of the nutrients that you need.

And it also feels now more natural for you to be this connected.

To be this connected to your body and to also be this connected to your environment.

Just like a plant receives its nutrients from its surrounding environment.

Whether it's through pollen or other animals.

Your body is also craving to receive nourishment from the natural foods of this planet.

The greens.

The lagoons.

Well preserved meats.

Proteins.

Fruits and vegetables.

Especially the foods that are in season.

That are currently available.

And your body craves these natural,

Whole,

Nutritious foods to nourish it.

And just like a tree or a plant releases its excess leaves at the end of the season,

Start to formulate this sense of trust that your stomach and this area of your body will also lose the excess weight.

Although it may have been necessary at one point in your life to have,

It's no longer necessary for you to carry.

It's just like the tree sheds its bark or the petals of the flower fall from time to time.

Just imagine that this extra weight could slide down into the earth through the roots of your back.

Just pretend and continue the breath into the stomach if that also helps.

Trying to make this part of your body and the back feel even more relaxed and heavy to surrender that extra weight.

To surrender what no longer aligns with you.

And this feeling of heaviness is replaced with the feeling of power and a healthy sense of pride.

Or feeling stabilized and connected to what is very true and real.

And what is true for you is that you are ready to shed this excess weight.

And although it may not be real yet in your body,

Remember that just like the plants,

Everything has a season and it takes its time to shed.

It may not happen overnight but in the duration of this season you will start to notice the toning that begins to happen.

The more lean you feel and look and the connection that you feel to your body responding to its healthy cravings craving foods that are real no longer attracted to excess sugars or processed foods all of those are a part of your past now now that you feel connected in this real and stabilized way it's only natural to continue this course of shedding what is no longer resonating for you.

And now I'd like you to imagine a beautiful healing light that is above you just like all of the plants get nourished and charged by the sun imagine this healing cleansing sunlight or maybe it's more soft like a moonlight just pretend that you could configure this light in a way that benefits you and imagine it moving now starting with the top of your head to charge your whole body with this positive energy with higher vibrations feeling all the muscles in your face and scalp start to relax the area behind your eyes starts to relax your cheeks the back of your neck just imagine it's all getting blessed and harmonized with this light relieving you of any pressure or guilt just imagine it getting washed away and the only thing that matters now is for you to relax and enjoy this journey commanding to your mental energy that you want this process to work and you are ready to accept the responsibility for being the best version of you and because of that you are committed to relaxing your mind relaxing your body because the more relaxed both of these are the more profound the healing and the more profound the healing the more you will be able to shed what is no longer feeling good for you trusting in the process and allowing now this light to move down your shoulders releasing the weight and the pressure and the caring of others responsibilities just for now doesn't mean you have to disconnect from anyone else forever but right now this connection is just for you and the positive energy is within you allowing this light to cleanse soothe,

Wash away any tension in your arms moving all the way down to your fingers and just imagine that light now moving through your neck lengthening all of the muscles and the light now moves down to your chest area expanding the chest surrounding the heart area with this powerful profound healing feeling this sense of acceptance love and harmony build within you as you breathe into your chest and expand imagining that light is harmonizing all of the cells is reinforcing that love that you feel for yourself and the love that you have for others and your family you are also able now to send it into yourself all of the admiration that you have for other people send it to yourself now admiring your commitment your commitment to growth improvement and self-awareness and just feel how tranquil it is now to breathe in these positive energies into your chest into your heart so it radiates out like its own source of power its own your own radiant sun now within you and imagining that light now moving down the center part of you again expanding the breath so your ribs expand here aligning you with this positive source and feeling that whole line of stability running through you like the center of a tree only for you its your beautiful spinal cord your life force your vitality and feel it becoming activated feel it glowing ready to fuel your body with your divine purpose and your body will support this effort and because of that it will release what is no longer necessary to hold on to and it will transform it into fuel feel your muscles relaxing revitalizing and becoming strengthened imagining that all of the muscles in your core are tightening with strength are becoming braided in just like you braid a hair imagine all of the fibers in the muscles being braided with this sense of power with this sense of harmony and responsibility to be and your integrity again expanding the breath to support this ascension process expanding the breath so you harmonize all of these energies to find the right cells and places in your body to upgrade and imagine now the light moving down into the hips so the hips and thighs relax now and also imagine these muscles becoming stronger in the glutes releasing any feeling of doubt releasing any feeling of shame or guilt about your size now the only thing that matters now is for you to focus on this positive energies entering into your body upgrading and downloading this new framework for your entire body to process imagine your glutes becoming more firm the muscles stronger harmonized with this healing light imagining that you could even breathe into this back part of you that the breath could be so expansive that it breathes all the way down into the hips and glutes relaxing these muscles and then strengthening them allowing the inhales to relax the muscles to relax the glute muscles and on the exhales see if you could just imagine these muscles as strong firm and all of the excess weight just melting away down through your roots to be recycled into the earth imagining your skin becoming more toned and also soft smooth responding to this positive flow of energy that you're allowing now allowing yourself to go deeper and deeper into this realization that it is all possible and true for you to experience continuing the breath of expansion continue to bring your awareness back into that visual of your lower back muscles relaxing and your glute muscles becoming stronger and then imagining that light moving down now to the legs also the same process relaxing the muscles in your legs imagine the light can heal and cleanse them as if your breath could also spread that healing energy to your legs and as if your muscles could also respond in this area by becoming stronger supporting your mission supporting this new version of you inhaling in this sense of power and healthy pride imagining your legs illuminated just keeping that intention although your mind cannot picture it completely,

Just pretend and then imagining the light goes all the way down to the feet and now that this light has activated your entire body allow the light now to activate the energies that surround you your aura feeling calm,

Secure and motivated to continue this process of looking and feeling your best so the energies that you have within you and around you are aligned with this new mission and goals that you have for yourself imagining all the doubts just washing away out of your aura all of the other casts of judgment from others that were cast upon you just allow those to be washed off taking an energy shower now as if you could reprogram all of those doubts and disappointments into motivation and curiosity in this new year that we're in this new timeline there's more possibilities available and when you align your intention with these new possibilities and intentions your body will respond you will find ways to shed the weight your body will respond by becoming stronger and more relaxed because now more of you is on the same team you're no longer fighting against yourself you're no longer listening to harming thoughts because none of those are helpful anymore they may have served their purpose but now you've entered a new stage of your life where you've decided to be on your own team on the same side as your goals and desires rooting for yourself and now I'd like you to imagine that you would go even deeper inside of yourself to make sure that the deepest part of you is also aligned with this new improvement and just imagine that as I count you're taking an elevator deeper and deeper inside of yourself through all the layers just like the layers of an onion the inside center is the sweetest part going into the sweetest part of you feeling your muscles relax 9,

Drifting sinking,

Floating down deeper and deeper inside of yourself imagining the numbers just passing through your chest 6 5,

Drifting sinking,

Floating down deeper and deeper 4 and now in your deepest self in the meadow of your own bliss the soft grass is there your favorite flowers,

Roses,

Plants surround you you see trees so high that they're touching the sky and you begin to walk through the meadow you see that there is a beautiful hill in the distance and although the physical you may not want to climb this hill because of any issues that you've had with your body this deeper you is ready to climb the hill just start to prepare to make this ascent up this beautiful mountain covered also with soft grass and flowers and rocks that will assist you in reaching the top and you know that it's going to take strength and stamina and motivation to get up this hill but now you have this new sense of all of these positive energies within you and the support to make it up so you begin to climb up the hill using the big rocks as stairs pulling yourself up and realizing that there is no pain in your body as you're doing this you feel your muscles becoming activated to assist your body in climbing the hill and as you're climbing up the hill you realize that it's also as if you're shedding some weight as you climb up the hill you look down at your body and you can even see the muscle shape in your legs you are amazed at what you can do you're amazed that you're able to walk up this hill and you also realize now that you're wearing a backpack and in this backpack are some things that you've been carrying for too long excuses doubts negative self-talk and that's one of the reasons it was hard for you to build the strength and resilience but now that you're walking up this hill you realize you can drop some of those things out of your backpack you no longer need them on this new journey imagining you could just unzip it just like you drop off old pieces of food things from your refrigerator that are not good or outdated just imagine that you're throwing them out of your backpack to be recycled by the earth all of the excuses that you had for reasons that why you couldn't lose weight all of the excuses you had for reasons why things weren't possible for you just imagine them all coming out of the backpack now and you start to feel lighter more positive more excited to continue to climb this hill again noticing how strong your body feels even your core as you're able to balance you're able to balance when you're moving from rock to rock moving up the hill noticing that sense of pride that's in your chest as you breathe in the fresh mountain air feeling so glorious inside and proud of your commitment to continue to move up to continue to elevate your consciousness elevate your awareness and elevate your worth and as you walk up the hill you find just how light that backpack is and realize those concerns are no longer there the concerns you have now is what's doing what's best for you and your family whoever that family is that you've chosen and you may decide now to even leave the backpack completely because you feel liberated and aligned and as if you have everything that you need to continue your goals feel the sense of purpose swimming through you this purification now that you've gone through and now you realize that you're finally at the top of the hill imagine you open your arms you lift your chest up to the sky and you feel that expansive glow that is emanating from your chest and is reflected in the sun above you you are ready to accept and honor the best version of you and you feel so great about having let go of what was holding you back you're curious to see how this new ascension will play out in your day to day how easy it will feel for you to let go of limiting thoughts to not believe them and to move forward gaining strength,

Muscle and shedding the excess weight feeling better feeling more energized feeling more in charge of your life because of this and again doing a scan of your body coming back down into your stomach expanding the breath there once again feeling this new sense of peace and honor that you have with this part of your body that is already starting to process the changes and anytime that you will need to release tension or move out of a negative spiraling thought all you have to do is take this elevator down into the deeper part of you to expand into this breath to expand into this presence of the positive energies that have been integrated into you in this session coming here as often as you are able to knowing that each time you come here you'll be able to strengthen your energy even more to strengthen the belief and confidence you have in yourself to commit to your goals to build strength to shed the excess and feeling that support that surrounds you the air caressing your cheeks the fibers of your muscles as if they are your own plant that you're rooted into the earth with and the fire that's within you that is able to digest your food effectively and even more rapidly than before because all of the nutritious food and real cooked meals are easier to digest when it's real converting the food into strength into motivation into fuel as I count from 1 to 5 you'll integrate these energies on an even deeper level one,

Feeling how relaxed and harmonized your body is integrating all of this truth on a very deep level two,

Feeling safe and secure to expand your energies to be aligned with your purpose three four feeling all of the energies within you accept this new reality preparing to be even more positive and energized and five allowing the complete transformation to be deeply embedded into each cell into each part of your mind and whenever you're ready rubbing your hands together and placing them over your heart and stomach sending this wave of appreciation magnifying your intention and your goal for yourself right now while you're in this tranquil state of mind seeing yourself already reaching your goals and whenever you're ready opening your eyes
