Welcome to Be With Melinda.

Let's take a moment and arrive.

Feel the earth support beneath you.

Adjust or fix your position if you need to.

Feel the contact.

Take a slow breath in.

And a slower breath out.

Again,

A slow breath in.

And a slower breath out.

You are here.

Here on earth.

Feel where your body is supported.

The ground.

The chair.

The floor.

Let the earth do the holding.

If it feels okay,

Bring awareness down through your body.

Your head.

Your chest.

Your belly.

Your pelvis.

Your legs and your feet.

Notice the weight.

The gravity.

And being held.

Your breath moves in.

Your breath moves out.

There is nothing to change in this moment.

Let the body settle at its own pace.

Notice what is enough right now.

Enough support.

Enough breath.

Enough ground.

No reaching.

Just receiving.

The earth moves in cycles.

Rest.

Renewal.

Stillness.

You can rest here too.

Stay with the breath.

In.

And out.

Notice where it lives in your body.

The release or the tension.

The connection to earth.

When you're ready,

Begin to notice the room again.

The light.

The space.

The things around you.

Take one final breath.

And gently open your eyes.

And remember.

To let the earth hold you.
