Well hello my loves!

I am so excited that you're joining me on my channel today that we get to gather for a grounding meditation.

My name is Brooke Adams and I'll be your guide today.

May this meditation bring you a sense of inner peace and calm that maybe you haven't felt in a really long time.

So when you're ready,

Go ahead and find a comfortable place to sit or lay down.

Go ahead and close your eyes and begin to bring your awareness to your breath.

Without trying to change it,

Just allow it to be what it is right here in this moment.

Now I want you to take a really big deep inhale breath in.

Allow the breath to fill you up and as you exhale you can exhale with a sound.

A simple sigh will do fine.

Go ahead and take another big deep inhale breath in and exhale.

Allow the exhales to bring your body even more relaxation.

Perhaps you find yourself sitting back in your chair or wanting to lay down.

That's totally okay.

And as you sit here,

I want you to imagine you're just sinking farther and farther into your seat and you can just notice wherever you're sitting or laying is coming up to support you,

Whether that's a bed or a chair or the ground.

It's supporting you in this moment and allowing you to just surrender and relax.

I want you to go ahead and place one hand over your heart and one hand on your belly.

And I want you to just notice what it's like to receive touch from yourself.

And I want you to allow that sense of touch to just bring a safety and clarity and grounding into your body and allow yourself to sink even deeper into where you are right now.

And I want you to imagine that this breath of life that's coming up to meet you as you inhale,

That's going to be earth's energy.

It's mother nature.

It's nourishing and it's starting to come up from the ground and it's starting to seep up through the floor and it's starting to reach up into your back body and it's just starting to flow.

And I want you to imagine that as you bring it all the way from the back to the front of your body and then allow it to expand outside of you as if the whole world is supporting you in this moment and you can feel that energy surrounding you.

And I want you to imagine that as you inhale,

As if the whole world is supporting you in this moment and you can feel that energy surrounding you.

Pull a bigger inhale and just expand that energy outside of yourself to fill the room that you're in.

Perhaps it's going to go even farther out and fill your house,

Your apartment,

The entire surrounding area.

Maybe it goes out and surrounds the entire world,

Universe,

Galaxy.

I want you to breathe in all of that life,

All of that goodness.

Just allow yourself to expand into it with no resistance.

And I want you to imagine that you're shrinking that energy and you're shrinking it and you're shrinking it and you're bringing it back into yourself.

You're bringing it back into you.

I want you to imagine that you're cupping this energy in the palms of your hands.

Perhaps you can even make a little cupping motion here.

Really feel the energy flowing.

And I want you to begin to really think of your desires here.

What are you wanting to bring to life?

What do you want to create?

How are you wanting to feel in this moment?

And I want you to pour that intention into this ball of light.

And when you feel that this light is infused with your intention,

I want you to imagine that you're placing this ball of light into the ground as if you're planting a seed and you see it begin and you see it begin to sink down into the earth and it starts to spread.

It's gaining roots that are growing deep,

Deep,

Deep into the earth and they're allowing it to be nurtured,

To be held and supported.

And I want you to imagine that you're just pouring love into this intention.

You're giving the space around it love as you plant the seed.

And I want you to imagine that you can come back to this place anytime you need to give love into your intention,

Into what you're desiring.

Come revisit this garden.

Come give it some love.

Just remember that this is your sacred place and I want you to take a look around that place right now.

Familiarize yourself with its surroundings.

When you're ready,

I want you to just imagine that you're starting to wake up from a dream.

And this memory of this place,

This visualization of this place is starting to fade.

You're starting to get farther and farther away from you and you're starting to notice that you're here in this present moment and that there is a bed or a chair or the ground supporting you.

Just notice what that feels like on your arms and on your legs.

And I want you to slowly just bring some movement into your body.

Whatever that looks like for you is perfect.

Whether that's like wiggling your toes or maybe you're just slowly rocking from side to side.

If you're sitting up,

Kind of giving yourself a sway.

Perhaps you're rolling onto your side if you're laying down.

Give yourself a minute to here to just really feel into your space.

And when you're ready,

I want you to slowly open your eyes.

Slowly bringing yourself back into your room that you're in.

And I want you to go ahead and look to your right.

And sweep your eyes and start to look to your left.

And I want you to tilt your head back and look to the ceiling.

And finally,

Tilt your head down,

Look down.

Turn your head to normal.

And I want you to just scan the room and find something that you can really be grateful for in this moment.

Whatever that is for you,

Whether it's just like a simple journal that lights you up or you're in your favorite pajamas that you love.

Just take a moment to notice what that feels like and to bring yourself back into this present moment.
