Hello,

This is Carolyn Wallace.

Welcome to this morning clarity and focus meditation.

A few quiet moments to awaken your mind,

Open your heart and step into your day with calm direction.

Let's begin together.

Take a moment to arrive.

Wherever you are,

Sitting or lying down,

Allow your body to settle into comfort.

Feel the surface beneath you,

Steady and supportive.

You've made time to pause before the day begins.

A beautiful act of care.

Take a slow gentle breath in through your nose and exhale softly through your nose.

Let your shoulders drop,

Your jaw release,

Your hands rest easily.

Each breath brings you here,

Into this new moment,

This new day.

Now bring attention to your breathing.

Notice the natural rhythm,

Rising and falling,

Flowing in and flowing out.

With each inhale,

Imagine drawing in fresh morning air,

Full of possibility.

With each exhale,

Release anything you don't need.

The fog,

The worry,

The weight of yesterday.

Let's breathe together.

Inhale,

Freshness and clarity.

Exhale,

Release and ease.

With each breath,

Your mind clears,

Your heart opens,

Your focus sharpens gently.

Now,

Silently repeat to yourself,

This is a new day.

I begin today with calm and clarity.

I am here,

Awake and fully present.

Peace flows through me with every breath.

I move through this day with ease and purpose.

Feel these words settle in your body.

Let them anchor you,

Like sunlight streaming through the clouds.

You don't have to rush.

You don't have to do everything.

You just need to begin with presence.

Now gently ask yourself,

What is one quality I wish to carry today?

Peace.

Calm.

Focus.

Love.

Kindness.

Courage.

Confidence.

Whatever word arises,

Trust it.

Breathe that word in.

Let it fill your chest.

Breathe it out.

Let it guide your steps.

Today,

I move with fill in your chosen word here.

Each breath becomes a gentle reminder of how you want to live today.

Imagine the day ahead.

Your morning unfolding with calm energy.

See yourself meeting each moment with steadiness.

Each task with clarity.

Each person with kindness.

Feel gratitude for this gift of a new beginning.

You are centered,

Clear and ready.

Now gently return to your breath.

Feel the air moving in and out.

Feel your body.

Grounded.

Awake.

Alive.

Carry this presence into your day.

Take a deep breath in and a long breath out.
