Welcome to this guided meditation brought to you by Create the Calm.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and exhale gently.

Feel your body supported beneath you.

Notice the points of contact,

Your feet,

Your back,

Your shoulders.

You are held.

You are safe.

Bring your attention inward,

Following the natural rhythm of your breath.

Inhale calm and exhale tension.

Silently repeat to yourself,

I am open to love.

I am worthy of love.

I am enough as I am.

One more time.

I am open to love.

I am worthy of love.

I am enough as I am.

Allow these words to settle into your chest,

Your heart,

And your mind.

Notice any resistance or tightness.

Acknowledge it without judgment.

You are simply observing.

Many of us have been taught that love requires completion,

Perfection,

Or fulfillment from another.

I need a partner to complete me.

My soulmate is my perfect match.

My partner should automatically know what I need.

My partner should meet all of my needs.

Notice which of these resonates with you.

You don't need to fix it or analyze it.

Simply see it,

Like a cloud passing across a clear sky.

Imagine these beliefs as old fragile patterns,

Threads that no longer serve you.

Visualize yourself gently untangling them.

Feel your chest expand as you release the expectation that love depends on someone else's perfection or awareness.

With each breath,

Imagine creating space inside yourself,

A space for healthy grounded love,

Love that is nourishing,

Mutual,

And freeing.

Now picture a soft,

Radiant light above your head,

Flowing down through your body.

This light is warm,

Nurturing,

And infinitely patient.

It enters your heart,

Your chest,

Your abdomen,

Filling every cell with openness and self-compassion.

Feel the light expanding outward,

Surrounding your entire being.

This is the love that always exists,

Within you,

Radiating from you,

Waiting to be received without conditions.

As you breathe,

Silently affirm,

I am whole and complete on my own.

I am capable of receiving love in healthy,

Abundant ways.

I release the illusion of a perfect partner,

An open to real connection.

Notice how your body responds.

Perhaps your chest softens,

Your shoulders lower,

Your jaw unclenches.

Let this sense of wholeness and openness fill every inch of you.

Visualize now that you're standing in a space where love flows freely toward you,

From you,

And all around you.

You don't need to chase it.

You don't need to demand it.

You don't need to expect it to look a certain way.

You are simply open,

Fully present,

Fully receptive,

Fully deserving.

Take a few deep,

Grounding breaths.

Allow the truth of your worthiness and wholeness to settle into your body.

You are not dependent on another to complete you.

You are capable of giving and receiving love in balanced,

Healthy ways.

Carry this abundance with you.

Be aware,

Love is abundant,

Mutual,

And flowing.

You are complete,

Whole,

And ready to receive love fully.

Without expectation,

Without pressure,

Without illusion.

Take one final deep breath in.

And exhale fully,

Feeling grounded,

Open,
