In this meditation,

Return to Heart Center,

I would like you to focus on your emotions through your heart space by placing your hands on your heart if that feels right and comfortable for you.

But it's really about trying to get out of your head and more feel.

And it sounds strange,

But it's like what you feel then,

Of course,

Has thoughts.

So the thoughts come,

But really it's about from that heart space of all the emotions that arise and just focusing on that area for this meditation.

So I'd like you to get into a comfortable position,

Whatever that looks like for you.

And I'd like you to just set that intention of,

Let me return to my heart center.

What am I feeling today emotionally?

And I want you to just breathe however you want to breathe.

But if you're like me,

A long and slow deep breath in and out.

If you're just breathing,

Just breathing,

Allow yourself that moment.

I'd like you to close your eyes now.

Feeling into your body.

How are you feeling physically?

I'd like you to then place one hand on your heart and the other one on your belly and just breathing in slow in.

And I'd like you to say,

May I be still.

May I remember who I am.

May I live this day with awareness,

With love,

With courage.

Now,

I'd like you to picture the world around you,

Not as chaos,

But as a garden being tended.

You are not responsible for every weed.

You were only asked to tend to your corner.

In this moment,

Choose presence.

In this breath,

Return to yourself.

Let that be enough.

You are choosing to be intentionally present in this moment.

You are choosing to be intentional in this moment.

Remember,

You are the ripple.

Everything begins with you.

You are living the way of the future through self-awareness.

And self-empowerment.

It all begins with you.

Take a big deep breath in and long and slow out.

And feel,

How are you feeling at this moment?

Can you feel a difference from the beginning of this meditation to now?

There is no right or wrong answer.

There just is your answer.

The way you feel.

Honor that.

Love that.

Know that.

Become self-empowered.

Know yourself better than you ever have before.

Deeper than you ever have before.

And always remember,

You can return to your heart center.
