Hello my love I hope you are well and I hope you're having a wonderful day Wherever you are it might be morning.

It might be lunchtime.

It might be the evening And I just want you to settle into a comfortable seated or laying down position Just taking time here to close your eyes Soften through your jaw Just taking note of your breath And for today's meditation we are going to create a safe internal space for ourselves Now I just want you to fully relax Scanning your body for any tight areas And just letting go of those areas with every exhale Noticing where your tongue is and just releasing it from the roof of your mouth Maybe resting it just behind your teeth Pushing your shoulders down away from your ears And just start to feel comfortable And just start to feel calm and relaxed We're going to say some affirmations and I want you to either say them out loud Or in your mind wherever you feel comfortable And just knowing you can come back to this space whenever you need to I want you to take your mind off to your happy place Now this might be your home This might be a holiday somewhere And I want you to really notice where you are How are you feeling?

What are you seeing?

And how are you feeling when you do that?

And how are you feeling when you do see what you're looking at?

What are you smelling?

What are the smells around you?

And how does that make you feel?

And what are the sounds around you?

What are you listening to?

And how does that make you feel?

Just releasing any negative thoughts Releasing any negative tension or tightness anywhere within your body And you can repeat after me either again out loud or in your mind I create a safe and secure space for myself wherever I am I'm really just noticing the feelings that come up here I will just repeat it's up to you if you follow I create a safe and secure space for myself wherever I am And now repeat I am enough I am whole I am healed I am seen I am loved I am yet again noticing the feelings that are coming up Knowing at any point you can come back to this place This safe space within you just by repeating these affirmations Maybe then writing them on your mirror so you can do some mirror work You can see these affirmations every single day And you can stay here for as long or as little as you wish Namaste
