Her approach to her mat mirrors her approach to life: strengthen through the challenges, release what is no longer needed, observe and learn impermanence, recharge, uplift, and we take that higher energy out into the world where it's needed. Sam's taught yoga for 5 years and practiced for 15, training in hatha/vinyasa in Rishikesh, India with her teacher Sushant Pandey, and more recently in pranayama and meditation where she lives in New Zealand. Though her teachers have roots in Sw. Satyananda's Bihar School of Yoga, Sam strives to balance the traditional with contemporary, a fan of the flow... and a student of stillness. Sam's offerings here will be complete packages of yoga asana (45mins, pranayama(5-10mins) and meditation(10-15mins). Follow Sam for integral yoga, a balanced practice, and for those that commit: development and progression you can feel in your bones, muscles and mind.
