So beautiful and relaxing, I wish it would go on for much longer!

I’m sharing this with friends. Seems to have helped with my chronic pain when I added breathwork and a heat pad.

I listened and moved my body, tried to listen to it's need for streching and movement. It was very inspiering because the Movements didn't increase my pain but release tension 🙏🥰 a wonderful start of the day 💚🌱

I lived all the varied soundscapes woven throughout this piece. Great for concentration.
