Hola and welcome to this meditation for restoring self-worth.

My name is Jordan.

I appreciate you being here and I am excited to share this space with you and bring awareness to your own self-worth,

Your innate wisdom,

And your inner guidance.

Take a moment and position yourself in a comfortable seat.

Allow your sit bones to gently melt into the earth beneath you and bring your attention to your feet.

Allow them to sink in to the soil,

The surface,

And the ground beneath them.

And you can imagine that they are connected to a source of light that is spiraling down into the core of the earth.

And that light is surging supportive and compassionate energy back up into your root chakra,

The seat below.

And allow this energy to envelop you and support you as if you are cocooned by this loving,

Compassionate energy of light that is here to hold you.

So take a moment and be here.

Notice where you may feel a tightness,

Perhaps a tension,

And an awareness around where your energy may feel blocked.

And together we'll take a deep breath through the nose.

Inhale,

Hold it at the top.

Allow your shoulders to soften.

Exhale,

Let it go.

Where in your body can you soften?

Allow gravity to bring your shoulders down towards the floor,

Creating space between your ears and your shoulders.

Allow your spine to grow tall.

And take inventory of how you're feeling in this moment.

It's when we take a moment to simply notice and be present and aware so that we can experience tangible change and growth.

And as you're sitting here with yourself,

Creating space to go inward,

Notice the thoughts that may be coming up at this time.

What is the narrative?

Is there a story,

Perhaps a loop of repetitive thoughts,

Words?

Simply notice without judgment.

Is there a forethought?

Is there criticism?

Together we'll take a deep breath.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Let it go.

What do the words self-worth mean to you?

Together we can simply process and experience how these words make us feel.

Is there a fullness?

Is there a heavy weight that feels like a burden?

Or is there a vibration of synergy that comes to life within your heart center?

Restoring self-worth begins with a process of pausing and being present with awareness around the sense,

The feeling,

And perhaps the thoughts that are all intertwined and communicating with each other.

When we notice and take stock of our self-worth and how we are feeling,

It's possible there may be a connect between your body,

Your mind,

And your place in your physical reality.

When there is awareness and presence around these elements,

Our own energy and sacred presence honoring where we are and how we are feeling in the present moment.

It's acknowledging the thoughts that may feel in alignment or disconnected from your heart,

Your intuition,

Your innate wisdom that speaks to you softly,

Your inner voice.

Restoring our self-worth is simply being.

Acknowledging our truth,

Our imperfections with compassion and love even if we are not feeling our best.

The truth is showing up as our authentic selves is restoring our self-worth.

And when we show up as our authentic selves,

We are pouring love and compassion back into our energy field and back into our cup.

So in this moment,

How can you ground into your presence and awareness and give yourself a little bit more love,

A little bit more acknowledgment of your imperfections that actually make you more than enough and a perfect embodiment of your truth.

Check in with how that feels.

Is there a vibration of butterflies and light coming from your heart space?

Perhaps your forehead and where you usually wrinkle in between your eyebrows has softened.

And take notice of your crown chakra just above your head.

Is there a tingle?

Is there this magnificent and mysterious feeling of something being restored?

Something coming back together again into wholeness?

Showing up as our authentic selves,

Meeting us where we are with sheer presence,

Awareness,

Love and compassion is the act of restoring our self-worth.

It's honoring the imperfections and the moments where we may feel slightly off,

More than off and perhaps working through something that is and can be very deep on an emotional level and also is temporary.

Restoring our self-worth is showing up as our authentic self with love,

Compassion,

Presence,

Awareness and appreciation for embodying our truth,

For embodying who we are.

Together we'll take a deep breath.

Inhale,

Allow your shoulders to soften.

Exhale,

Let it go.

Check in with your heart space.

Perhaps placing your hand on your heart brings you nurturing and soothing energy back into you.

Remember that restoring our self-worth is authentically showing up in our truth,

Honoring where we are at,

Knowing that where we are at is not necessarily who we are at the core.

And we are simply processing,

Bringing awareness and presence into our life,

Into our present moment and that in itself is restoring our self-worth.

Take a moment and notice where your feet are touching the ground.

Perhaps there are images coming to your third eye,

A collage of colors.

What is it that you hear?

Bring your awareness into your present moment and take note of your surroundings and give yourself some love for showing up for yourself today.

Thank you so much for joining me today.

I am honored to share this space with you.

I am sending you oceans of love and I will see you next time.

Have a beautiful day.
