Comfortable,
Seated position where you can gently close down your eyes and just allow your body to soften,
Taking a deep inhalation in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth for the sigh.
And just gently returning to your natural breath,
Noticing how it feels today.
And just allowing this to be a moment of presence.
