This simple gratitude meditation guides you through a gentle scan of your day, helping you notice the moments, people, and experiences that brought you joy, peace, or meaning. For each one, you’ll practice saying: "I'm grateful for ______. Thank you. More please." A peaceful reminder to end your day with appreciation and invite more goodness into your life.
