Thank you so much, Katharina, for this beautiful Mindful Eating meditation. It truly helped me come back into the present moment. I often eat my meals in front of the computer while working and do not eat consciously at all. This meditation gently guided me back into the here and now and allowed me to experience my food with all my senses and truly enjoy it. I am really looking forward to more of your meditations. 💛
