Kat is a qualified yoga teacher and life coach with a focus on helping her clients build resilience and create more balance in their daily lives. Her training includes Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga and transformational life coaching. Kat also holds a BA Hons in Event Management from Bournemouth University and a Masters in International Business from the University of St Andrews and has spent 20 years in the corporate world leading event and marketing campaigns. Thank you. I really needed this meditation at this point in my life. I was feeling my shoulders were carrying so much weight and my jaws so much tension that I couldn’t take anymore. I am feeling much more relaxed at this time. I am sure that I will be listening to this meditation over and over.
