With advanced training in somatic therapy, EMDR for trauma, and DBT for emotional regulation, Kristina’s approach focuses on whole-person healing—helping clients uncover unconscious patterns, build real self-esteem, and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level. In addition to her clinical work, Kristina has spent over 20 years studying Buddhist psychology and mindfulness. Her meditations, skills-based teachings, and visualizations are designed to support emotional regulation, self-compassion, and deep inner healing.
