Use your own steady breath a a foundation for an easeful and gentle meditation. Pranayama, from Sanskrit, is usually translated as "breath control". As we look at the etymology of the word, prana can mean life force, energy, and breath, and ayama also means expansion or extension (yama can mean restriction, control, or restraint). With the idea in mind that "breath control" is not the goal, but the allowance of life force expansion, in addition to breath modulation, please join in for 15 minutes of using your breath for presence, and also simply enjoying the flow of breath.
