Allowing your spine to rise tall like the sturdy trunk of a tree,

Rooted firmly into the earth below.

Close your eyes gently,

Inviting a soft smile to grace your lips,

As we delve into the essence of change,

Let us first acknowledge that change is the only consistent in life.

Just as the seasons transition seamlessly from one to another,

So too do our experiences,

Emotions and circumstances evolve and transform.

Take a deep breath in,

Drawing the crisp invigorating air of spring,

A season of renewal and growth.

With each inhalation,

Feel the energy of new beginnings infuse every cell of your being.
