Welcome,

I invite you to find a quiet space where you won't be disturbed.

Sit upright with your spine straight,

Feet flat on the floor,

Hands resting comfortably on your lap.

And when you are ready,

If it feels comfortable,

Gently close your eyes.

It's time to become present.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

And release it slowly through your mouth.

Counting backwards,

Three,

Two,

Breathing in nice and deep,

And exhaling the breath.

Now,

I want you to become aware of the space around your body right now,

The space in front of you,

Behind you,

To your left,

To your right,

The space above you,

And draw awareness to what's beneath you.

Sense the volume of space that your body is occupying right now.

Sense the space that the space is taking up.

Expanding your awareness into the room,

Beyond the room,

Into infinite space.

You are pure consciousness,

Completely aware in this present moment.

Now,

Let's begin to recognize the old self that you are ready to leave behind.

What emotions have you been living that no longer serve you?

Perhaps it's anxiety.

Perhaps it's frustration.

Maybe it's unworthiness or fear.

See these emotions not as who you are,

But as a state that's living within your body.

These are the residue of past experiences that your body has become addicted to.

Take a moment to observe these familiar feelings without judgment.

Simply notice them.

Now I want you to make a decision with such firm intention that the amplitude of your decision carries a level of energy that's greater than the hardwired programs in your brain and the emotional addictions in your body.

Say out loud,

I am no longer bound by these limitations.

Today I break free from the past.

As you sit in this present moment,

Become aware that you are surrounded by an infinite field of space,

Space filled with possibility,

The quantum field,

This space,

This field.

It responds not to what you want,

But to who you are being.

In this field,

All possibilities exist simultaneously.

The you who was already healthy exists here.

The you who is abundant exists here.

The you who is fulfilled and at peace exists here.

Feel yourself emerging with this infinite field of possibility and potential.

You are no longer separate from your desires.

You are the frequency of your desires already fulfilled.

Now let's design your new self with clear intention.

Ask yourself,

Who do I want to be?

How would this person think?

What thoughts would move through their mind each and every day?

How would this person act?

What choices would they make?

How would they speak?

How would they move through their day?

Most importantly,

How would this person feel?

Would they feel grateful,

Empowered,

Peaceful,

Abundant,

Loved and maybe a little bit more whole?

Begin to feel these elevated emotions now.

Feel gratitude.

Breathe in peace.

Think about someone you deeply,

Deeply love.

Begin to feel these elevated emotions.

Not waiting for something outside of you to change,

But generating these feelings from within.

Feel gratitude for your life as if your dreams have already manifested.

Feel the joy of being this new person.

Feel the freedom of having transcended your old limitations.

Let these elevated emotions fill every cell in your body.

Your body doesn't know the difference between an experience you're having and an experience you're imagining with deep emotional intensity.

As you sustain these elevated emotions,

You're reconditioning your body to a brand new mind.

Your body is beginning to believe it's living in a new reality.

You're signaling new genes in new ways.

You are literally becoming someone else.

Combine this clear intention of your future with these elevated emotions.

This is your new state of being.

I invite you to mentally rehearse being this person.

See yourself waking up as this person.

How do you get out of your bed?

How are you preparing for a new day?

How do you interact with others?

Rehearse it with such detail and emotional intensity that your brain and body begin to look like the experience has already happened.

Now imagine yourself standing up from where you're sitting right now,

But standing as this new person.

See yourself walking into your future.

Each step is a choice to be greater than your environment,

Greater than your body,

Greater than time.

With each step forward,

You are walking away from the known self and walking into the unknown.

But this unknown is where all your possibility exists.

Feel yourself magnetic,

Drawing your future to you as you move toward it.

You are now collapsing space and time.

Let's bless each of your energy centers with this elevated frequency.

Place your attention on the base of your spine.

Bless this center with the energy of your new self.

Feel it activate and align.

Move to your second center below your navel.

Bless it with creative power and flow.

Your third center in your solar plexus.

Bless it with empowerment and will.

Your fourth center,

Your heart.

Feel it expand with love,

Gratitude and wholeness.

Your fifth center in your throat.

Bless this with authentic expression.

Your sixth center in the middle of your brain.

Bless it with clear vision and intuition.

Your seventh center at the crown of your head.

Feel it connecting you to the unified field of infinite possibility.

Taking a nice deep breath,

Feel all of these centers aligned,

Coherent and radiating this new frequency of your future self.

And now it's time to surrender.

Release yourself to the quantum field,

Let go of how it will happen,

When it will happen and where it will happen.

Simply know that it is done.

Trust that this intelligence that keeps your heart beating,

That organizes trillions of cellular functions every second,

Knows how to organize your future in ways that will be perfect just for you.

Let go of the need to know.

Let the universe conspire to bring you your new reality.

Begin to bring your awareness back to your body,

To the space around your body,

To the room.

Before you open your eyes,

Take a moment to give thanks.

Give thanks for this new self you've created.

Give thanks for the courage to change.

Give thanks for what is already on its way.

Give thanks as if your future has already occurred.

And when you are ready,

You can open your eyes.

You have just instilled new neurological hardware in your brain and epigenically signaled your body to express new genes in new ways.

You are no longer the same person who sat down to do this meditation.

Welcome to your new self.

Remember transformation happens when you do this practice consistently.

Consider doing this meditation for at least 7 days to create real and lasting change in the body.

The more you practice being this person,

The more you become this person.

Your personality creates your personal reality and you have just taken a powerful step in creating a new personality and therefore a new personal reality.

And just like that,

So it is.

Welcome to a new you in a new part of this day.
