Here at your heart,

Releasing the past,

Releasing the stories and the labels,

Regret,

Resentment,

Judgments,

Even the accomplishments.

We welcome the past to simply float away.

Here at the heart,

We let go of the future.

Nervousness,

Worry,

The uncertainty of the future,

Anxiety,

All of the expectations of certain outcomes and the trying and the effort to get there.

We simply welcome the future to float away.

And you find yourself at your heart.

Right here in this now moment,

Completely present with what is,

Present with the voice of your intuition,

Your inner knowing,

Present with your feelings,

Present with the breeze on your cheeks and the floral smells in the air and the sound that you can hear from far,

Far away.

Bringing yourself to your heart center and living your life from this space.
