After falling in love with yoga asana/movement, during a "chance" encounter in Bahia, Brazil, back in 2002, Lucy dived deep in to the practice and has since explored meditation, breathwork, nidra, and mantra. Fascinated by the the philosophy and science behind these practices, Lucy's approach as a teacher is both spiritual and practical. Forever exploring the relationship between body, mind and consciousness, she sees these seemingly seperate entities as a "whole". Lucy understands first-hand the power of certain tools to cultivate compassion towards ourselves and others. Her goal as a student is to live fully and with ease in this world; her teachings include techniques to guide others towards that path. You can find Lucy offering yoga movement, nidra and many other modalities, both online and in-person in Sussex, England, as well as running much-loved retreats worldwide.
