Many of us spend our lives searching for meaning, as if it is something we must find before we can truly live. This practice invites a different perspective. Instead of chasing meaning, it asks what happens when we stop searching and simply meet life as it already is. The practice looks closely at the habit of searching for purpose and how that search can sometimes create conflict. It asks whether meaning might emerge naturally when we are fully engaged with what is already happening. You will settle into the moment, bring attention to the body and breath, and notice the sensations and sounds already present. There is no goal to achieve and nothing you must discover. This is an invitation to rest the search and notice that life is already unfolding, even before an answer is found.
