Welcome friend,

Tonight I invite you to surrender,

To slip into the rhythms of nature,

To let go of the weight of the day and journey into a deep healing sleep.

Tonight you will return to your most natural state,

A state of deep rest,

Of renewal and effortless becoming.

Just as the great bear wakes from its long winter's sleep,

Stretching into the warmth of spring,

You too will enter a space of quiet rebirth,

A space where the world slows,

Where softness meets strength,

Where you can fully restore.

So breathe in,

Feel the fresh scent of the new blossoms in the air,

And breathe out,

Let the last remnants of tension melt from your body.

There is nothing you need to do,

Nowhere you need to be,

This moment is fully yours.

Come with me now,

And let's begin.

Before you step into your transformation,

Allow yourself to fully arrive here in this moment.

Feel the weight of your body sinking into the surface beneath you,

As if the earth itself is cradling you,

Holding you,

Supporting you.

Bring your awareness to your toes,

Feel them soften,

Release,

Let go.

Now,

Your feet,

Relaxing,

Growing heavy,

Sinking into the warmth.

Feel this wave of ease travel up through your legs,

Softening your calves,

Releasing your knees,

Melting through your thighs.

Your hips grow heavy,

Your belly softens,

Your chest opens,

Allowing breath to flow effortlessly,

Your arms relax,

Hands resting gently,

Fingers loose,

Unclenched.

Your shoulders release tension,

Slipping away like a river flowing downstream effortlessly.

Your neck softens,

Your jaw unclenches,

Your tongue resting gently in your mouth.

The space between your eyebrows smooths,

Your forehead relaxes,

Your entire face bathed in softness.

Your whole body now rests in stillness,

Held,

Supported,

Completely at peace.

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

Let yourself melt into the quiet.

Now,

Allow yourself to drift deeper and deeper as you begin your journey into the wild.

Close your eyes if they're not already,

And imagine yourself in a vast meadow,

Waking at the edge of a golden forest.

The air is filled with a scent of blooming wildflowers,

Delicate petals brushing against your skin as a gentle breeze dances past you.

The sky above is a soft,

Beautiful,

Endless blue.

The sun stretches its golden fingers across the earth,

Warming your skin,

Waking the land,

Filling every corner of the forest with light.

You breathe it in deeply,

The scent of fresh grass or the dukest petals of the red earth coming alive beneath you.

And as you breathe,

Something inside you begins to shift,

A remembering,

A return to something ancient,

Something true.

Slowly and gently,

Your body begins to transform.

You feel your arms grow strong,

Your hands softening into great,

Powerful paws.

Your breath deepens,

Slowing into the rhythm of something older than thought itself,

Older than time.

You are the great bear,

Emerging from a long winter's sleep.

Your fur glistens under the golden light,

Thick and soft,

Kissed by the gentle touch of spring's warmth.

Your limbs feel powerful,

Yet light,

Moving with effortless grace as you take your first steps out of the den.

The scent of the season surrounds you.

You can smell fresh rain from a storm earlier this morning,

The sweetness of honey dripping from a hollow tree,

The crisp green of a new leaf unfolding above you.

Birdsong echoes through the trees,

A symphony of life returning.

The wind hums a quiet melody as it moves through the branches,

Carrying the scent of renewal,

Of fresh beginnings.

You take another step,

Feeling the soft earth beneath your paws,

Cool,

Damp,

But full of life.

The moss cushions you,

The sunlight dances on your skin,

And you know deep,

Deep in your bones that you are exactly where you are meant to be.

This is your home,

It's your season of renewal.

Ahead,

The forest stretches wide,

Inviting you to step forward,

To explore,

To embrace the newness that awaits.

And yet,

A part of you still longs to rest,

To stretch into the safety of your den one last time,

Just for a while,

To soak in the quiet stillness before fully waking up into the beauty of the world.

So,

You turn back,

You step inside,

Into the calm,

Gentle darkness,

Into the comfort of the place that has held you all winter long.

The air shifts as you enter your den,

Wrapping around you like a warm embrace,

The scent of dry leaves,

Of soft earth,

Of the wooden walls that have sheltered you through the long,

Quiet months.

It's all familiar,

It's cosy,

And it's safe.

The den is warm,

Filled with the soft hum of nature stirring and awakening just outside.

You can't wait to go out after you've rested and fully explore the changing of the season.

Sunlight trickles through cracks in the earth,

Painting golden patterns across the ground,

Filling the space with warmth and light.

You lower yourself into the soft,

Comfortable bedding beneath,

Curling into yourself,

Feeling the gentle weight of rest settling in once more.

Your breath is slow,

Steady.

The rise and fall of your chest matches the rhythm of the earth itself.

Here,

In this quiet,

You are cradled in the arms of something greater.

Here,

You are allowed to pause,

To rest,

To surrender to the final moments of deep,

Deep sleep,

Before awakening to the full bloom and warm change of spring.

Your body now grows heavier,

Your breath softer,

Your thoughts quieten.

The taste of spring lingers on your tongue,

Sweet,

Fresh,

Full of promise.

You are drifting deeper,

Held in stillness,

Cradled by the earth by the turning of the seasons.

The flowers will bloom,

Your only task,

My friend,

Is to breathe out and surrender completely.

Rest now.
