
Boost Your Vibration With Circular Breathing

This breath practice aids in moving and clearing your energy as you shift to a higher vibration. Starting with 5 powerful breath holds to activate energy you will prime your body for circular breathing. This form of breathing induces a trance like state that helps the mind to release while you connect deeply to your body. During this session you will do retention holds both at the top and bottom of your breath.

Welcome to Circular Breathwork.
My name is Mary with Breath Mindset.
If you've never done Circular Breathwork before,
It is the conscious act of eliminating the natural pause that happens at the top and bottom of your breath.
This helps to induce a trance-like state in which we use the breath to help the mind release while connecting deeply to the body.
This breath practice aids in moving and clearing your energy as you shift into the higher vibrational states.
We will start with five powerful holds to activate energy in your body,
Then move into circular breath,
Increasing the speed with each round.
In between each round of circular breathwork,
You will do a breath retention,
Both at the bottom for about a minute and at the top of your breath for about 30 seconds.
Now,
During the retention,
If you do need a breath before I call time,
It's just a quick in and out through the nose.
This just helps you to float here with us a little longer.
Let's start by finding our comfortable seat.
Because we are playing with the blood gases in our body,
Just make sure that you are in a space that feels safe and lie down if that feels more accessible,
As becoming lightheaded is a common side effect.
Just feel your body relax here,
Guiding your attention to your breath,
Feeling it flow with ease in and out through your nose.
Now,
Take a big inhale into the belly and fill all the way up belly,
Chest,
Head,
Holding and squeezing your pelvic floor muscles,
Your lower and upper abdominals,
Placing your awareness all the way like you're moving this energy ascending all the way up to the top of your head,
Moving from the lower centers to a higher vibration and hold here.
And exhale,
Let it out.
Good.
Let's go right back into it.
Inhale through the nose all the way up,
Contract the lower centers.
As you begin to push energy up that synapse fluid of your spine up into the brain,
Squeezing everything in and up and holding here.
Few more seconds.
Exhale.
Good.
Relax.
Stay present.
Here we go again.
Inhale through the nose as you contract and squeeze,
Sending everything up your spine,
Placing your awareness on the top of your head,
Remembering that energy flows where your attention goes.
Continue to hold,
Contract,
Keeping your awareness here at the top of your head,
Holding.
And exhale,
Sigh it out,
Becoming aware of how you feel in this moment.
And we'll go right back in.
Big inhale,
Pulling up from the pelvic floor,
Lower energies,
Moving to the upper energies,
Lower and upper abdomen squeeze,
Following that energy up your spine,
Placing the awareness at the top of your head and holding,
Expanding that energy filled around you,
Becoming a magnet of high vibration,
High frequency and exhale everything.
One more time.
Inhale nose,
Sending that synergy up from the lower perineum,
Squeezing in,
Pushing up,
Continuing to move all the way to the top of the head,
Moving out of the lower energy fields,
Up into a higher vibration of creation,
Holding here.
Exhale,
Relax,
Staying present.
And we move into circular breathing,
Inhaling into the nose for the count of four and exhaling out the mouth to the count of four.

Just observe what's happening.
Feeling the expansive space within you.
Letting your presence in this moment spill out from you,

Allowing your thoughts to slide out the back of your head and just be here now.
Remembering the breath if you need it.
Quick in and out.
Getting ready to inhale in three,

Take a smooth,
Full inhale.
No grasping through the nose as you contract and squeeze,
Sending everything in towards your spine and then up,
Bringing that awareness to the top of your head.
And again,
You'll hold here.
And exhale.
Just let it all fall out,
Returning to your natural rhythm.

And then shines out like a flashlight to the universe.

Natural breath.
Starting to feel the deep satisfaction of your nervous system being fueled towards positive vibration.

Continuing to guide it up.
And exhale and release it out.
Breath goes back.
Natural in and out.
Staying with this presence.
With this energy.

Staying with this elevated emotion of gratitude.
Lightness within you.
Allowing the breath to easily flow.
Feeling and recognizing this space you've created within you and around you.

Wow - I felt an old broken hearted feeling come up - a sadness about not being as perfect as I wanted to be. Tears flew from my eyes and I felt myself embracing that part and acknowledging that feeling. By the end of this practice, though, I was laughing out loud. I realized that my perfectionism blocked my sense of humor, and Iβd rather be happy making mistakes than perfect and unhappy.

I loved this practice. Itβs a great way to build to breath holds and expand the flow with circular breathing. I really like how she guides us to work our way up to faster breathing and the visuals she gives while holding the breath in. I felt very calm and light after this practice and ready for my day ahead. Thank you Mary!
