Hi,

It's JJ.

Welcome to day 15 of our 21-day meditation challenge for weight loss.

Today marks the start of our third week and we will be focusing on embracing change.

Change is a natural part of a life and essential to personal growth.

This meditation will help you cultivate a mindset that welcomes change and adopts with grace.

Begin by sitting comfortably either in a chair with your feet planted on the floor or cross-legged on a cushion.

Let your spine be straight but relaxed and rest your hands softly in your lap or on your knees.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and fill in your lungs completely.

Just hold it for a moment then exhale gently through your mouth.

Releasing any tension,

Repeat this two more times and allowing yourself to settle into a state of calm and focus.

As you continue to breathe naturally,

Bring your awareness to the concept of a change.

Reflect on how change has played a role in your life both positively and negatively.

Recognize that change is a powerful force for growth and transformation.

With each inhale,

Imagine yourself welcoming change with an open heart and mind.

With each exhale,

Let go of any resistance or fear you might have toward change.

Allow yourself to trust in the process of a transformation.

Now think of a recent change in your life or an oncoming change you are anticipating.

Visualize yourself adopting to this change with ease and grace.

See yourself navigating this transition with confidence and knowing that change brings new opportunities and experiences.

As you breathe in,

Join in the energy of flexibility and resilience.

As you breathe out,

Release any anxiety and embrace the flow of a life trusting that each change is guiding you towards your highest potential.

With your heart and mind open to change,

Take a moment to set an intention for how you will approach change moving forward.

Your intention might be,

I embrace change with an open heart or I trust that every change brings new growth.

Silently repeat your intention to yourself,

Letting it resonate throughout your entire being.

Feel this intention empowering you as you move forward on your journey.

Now take a final deep breath in and fill your body with the courage and strength to embrace change.

Exhale slowly and bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,

Stretch if you need to.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes,

Feeling refreshed,

Resilient and ready to embrace the change ahead with a positive mindset.

Thank yourself for dedicating this time to embrace change and grow.
