Niko Kuzmanovic

Niko is a former Mixed Martial Arts athlete who has spent the past 10+ years helping guide high-achievers, athletes, and everyday warriors to reconnect mentally, physically, and emotionally. As Niko has been living with Tourette Syndrome and severe anxiety/panic disorder for over 20 years, he has found that his purpose in this life is to help bring awareness, understanding, and acceptance to any/every person he meets. From nutritional sciences, self-defense, tactical fitness, and biomechanics to mobility movement therapy, trauma & relationship coaching, reiki, and guided breath work & meditation. He refuses to let more people fall under the trap of over-complication and information overload, but rather approaching daily wellness through key simple and sustainable steps. Something he refers to and wrote a book on; called “The Simplicity Method.”
