Imagine there's shimmering,
Shining light seeping and absorbing into your right arm.
Become aware of your left arm.
Shimmering,
Dazzling light.
Oozing down.
Filling all of the spaces into the cells of your left arm.
Dazzling,
Sparkling light.
Shimmering,
Dazzling light.
Both arms shimmering with white,
Shiny light.
Sensing your right leg.
Shimmering,
Shiny light.
Your left leg.
Shiny,
Sparkling light.
So that the whole left leg is illuminated.
Both of your legs shimmering and shiny.
Now imagine the whole of your body.
The whole of your body is covered in shining,
Sparkling,
White light illuminating the whole of your body.
Following the rhythm of your breath.
Moving in.
Moving out.
Move your awareness to your mind's eye.
Imagine you're able to breathe from the center of your eyebrows to the center of your mind.
From the center of your mind back to the center of the eyebrows.
Continue to breathe in this way for the next few moments.
Bringing your life force to activate your third eye at the center of your mind.

In the space of your mind,
Visualize or picture these images in your mind.
Whatever pops into your mind,
Allow it to enter.
Neutral to whatever pops into your mind.
Just be aware of it.
Imagine a field of green grass.
The ocean waves lapping on the beach.
A sunset of orange and pink and yellows.
Imagine a grain of sand.
A raindrop.
A shooting star in the night sky.
Silver crescent moon.
A river running over rocks.
A breeze moving through the trees.
An apple.
An orange.
A bird soaring through the blue sky.
A white puffy cloud.
A rainbow.
A monarch butterfly.
Ladybug with six spots.
A still lake.
Gaze into the space of your mind.
Notice any colors,
Symbols,
Or images that manifest in the mind space.
Stay neutral and attached to what arises.
Moving your awareness back to your breath,
Moving in and out of your body.
Awakening your body.
Wiggling fingers and toes.
Moving arms and legs.
Moving the head from side to side,
Back to center.
Stretching your body.
Bringing your hands to a prayer.
Allowing your thumbs to touch your third eye,
That space between your eyebrows.
Taking a moment to appreciate and honor the inner vision,
The inner wisdom.
