Welcome my friends,

You've tuned in to OMHAIKU.

I'm your host Mahmood,

Back with another music meditation,

Just to soothe,

Just to relax,

Just to come back to our center.

That being said,

If you've been stressed,

Anxious,

Depressed,

Lonely,

Tired,

Bored,

Perhaps even joyous,

Whatsoever you feel is a-okay.

We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can go beyond the mind,

The emotion,

The sensations,

To come back home to our awareness.

You're safe to close the eyes,

Tuning deeper inside,

Witnessing and welcoming your mind.

Witnessing and welcoming emotion,

Sensation,

As it is.

Expanding love,

Deepening love inside,

Feeling a warm,

Loving energy spread through the body,

Melting away fear,

Inner criticism,

Judgment,

Simply dissolving into love.

As you breathe in,

And breathe out,

Every cell in the body,

Breathing in,

Wrapping the shoulders,

Relaxing the jaw,

The lips,

The forehead,

Relaxing the eyes as you look in.

Three inhales through the nose,

Three exhales out the nose.

Three breaths in through the nose,

And three exhales out the nose.

Doing good,

My friends.

Stay with me.

Three in,

Three in,

Three in.

Holding at the top,

Becoming aware as you hold the breath at the top,

And three exhales out the nose.

Just be empty of breath now,

Neither inhaling nor exhaling.

Feeling your presence,

Feeling your aliveness.

Taking three inhales through the nose,

And three exhales out the nose.

Way to stay with it,

My friends.

So happy you would join me today.

If your mind has been wanting to think,

Wanting to roam,

Now is the time to allow your mind total freedom to think and to roam.

Coming back into awareness,

I want you to visualize a beam of light shooting up the spine all the way to the top of the crown.

Inhaling up the spine,

Holding that breath at the top,

Relaxing as you hold the breath at the top.

And exhale down the spine.

The color for today is turquoise,

The number is 1400,

And the animal is a tortoise.

I thank you for joining me across time and space,

Sending you a big hug,

My dear friend.

Wishing you an abundance of love,

Resourcefulness,

Creativity,

Consciousness,

And whatever needs to happen for you to heal,

To be whole.

Not perfect,

But whole,

Total,

Less divided,

And being total,

Being present,

Being in the moment.
