Surrendering to it,
Allowing it.

If you've been feeling stress,
Anxious,
Anger,
Restless,
Bored,
Perhaps even joyous,
Playful,
Peaceful,
Or somewhere in between,
Know that you're not alone.
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to our awareness,
To our spaciousness,
To our inner light,
To our inner trust,
To our inner love.
That being said,
Getting comfortable my friend.
You can lie down or sit up,
You're safe to close the eyes.
Witnessing and welcoming all that's inside.
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the face,
Relaxing the neck,
Relaxing the spine,
Relaxing the mind,
As you breathe in.
Breathing in new life,
New energy.
And exhale,
Old life,
Old energy.
Breathing into the whole body.
And exhale,
Relaxing the whole body.
Relaxing the shoulders,
Relaxing the jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
Relaxing the eyes.
Embracing what's whatever's inside in this moment.
Know that you're breathing,
Know that you're alive in this moment.
Bringing a smile to the face.
Knowing that you're beyond the pain,
Beyond the anxieties,
Beyond the stress,
Beyond the self-judgment,
Beyond all of that,
As you breathe in.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to allow your mind total freedom to think.
Taking a deep breath in.
Holding that breath at the top,
Becoming aware of your awareness as you hold the breath.
And exhale,
Letting go.

And a deep breath out breathing through the nose the color for today is crystal clear the number is one million are you ready for it the animal for today is an ostrich i thank you for joining me across time and space i'm sending you a big hug my dear friend wishing an abundance of love resourcefulness creativity consciousness awareness being present in the moment being present with your stress with your self-doubt with your anxieties i know for myself that when i feel stress and anxious and i'm self-doubting i want to hide from these feelings i want to run away from these thoughts and distract myself from this pain of uncertainty of insecurities and the invitation is to be with it more intimately more lovingly to surrender to the fact that i feel anxious in this moment or i feel insecure in this moment instead of trying to to run or push it away or hide from it just being with it surrendering to it allowing it and with that i will see you back here tomorrow with love
