Welcome my friend,

You tuned in to OM HAKU,

I'm your host Mahamud,

Back with another music meditation,

Just to soothe,

Just to relax,

To center,

To let go,

Just for you.

If you've been feeling stressed out,

Anxious,

Depressed,

Lonely,

Tired,

Feeling overwhelmed with work,

Insecure about a relationship,

Experiencing jealousy,

Self-hatred,

Self-doubt,

Feeling unmotivated,

Undervalued,

Or somewhere in between,

And that millions,

If not billions of people around the world can relate to the same pain of being human,

The anxieties,

The worries about what's going to happen or not happen,

The inner criticism,

The negativity,

The fear,

The hopes and dreams for this opportunity to take some deep breaths with you,

And come back to trust in the unfolding of our day,

In the unfolding of our moment to moment.

That being said,

Getting comfortable my friend,

Becoming aware of your body,

How it feels,

Your energy,

Your mind,

Witnessing and welcoming as it is,

Love coming back to trust as our guide as you breathe in,

And if your mind has been wanting to think,

Now it's the tough thoughts coming back into the body.

Taking a deep breath in,

And a deep breath out.

Way to stay with it my friend.

So happy you would join me today,

Despite all the challenges,

Setbacks,

Obstacles,

We're here,

Still breathing,

Still alive,

Still going inside ourselves for the cure.

The number is a leopard.

What lies behind us,
