Breathing in forgiveness for past mistakes,
Melting away fear,
Criticisms,
Judgment,
Meanness,
As you breathe in compassion,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
Relaxing the shoulders,
Relaxing the spine,
I want you to visualize a beam of light shooting up the spine,
All the way to the top of the head,
Warm liquid light shooting up the spine,
All the way to the top of your head,
Bringing with it awareness,
Consciousness,
Love,
Feeling this warm light spread through the heart space,
Feeling your heart opening,
Becoming more receptive,
Intuitive,
Taking a deep breath in,
Holding that breath at the top,
Becoming aware of your presence as you hold the breath,
And exhale,
Letting go,
Taking a deep breath in,
Holding that breath at the top,
And exhale,
Letting go,
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Wanting to roam,
Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think and to roam,
Coming back into the body,
Having love for your body,
Having love for your mind,
Despite all of its movements,
Enjoying the movement of the mind,
Recognizing it's here to serve,
Taking a deep breath in,
And a deep breath out,

Breathing into the belly,
And exhale,
Relaxing the belly,
Feeling your face relax,
Hands relax,
Chest relax,
Shoulders relax,
Mind relaxed,
Taking one last deep breath for now,
