When we do get it right,

Whatsoever you feel is a-okay.
Getting comfortable,

You can lie down or sit up.
Close the eyes or leave them open.
Whatever feels natural.
Beginning to settle into the body.
Beginning to witness your inner world.
If the mind is active.
That's totally fine.
Allowing the mind to move about freely.
As you take a deep breath in.
In a deep breath out.
Deep breath in.
Right back.
You every cell in the body breathing in.
And every sudden the body exhales,
Letting go.
Breathing in the chest.
Excellent.
Feeling the energy of trust melt away fear and the unknown,
The uncertainties of life.
Having faith to take a deep breath in.
In the deep red valley.
Softening the face,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the chest,
Relaxing the shoulders,
The hands,
The feet.
As you breathe in some love for yourself.
And exhale.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Breathing in.
Breathe it out.
Inhaling into the belly.
And exhale,
Relaxing the belly.
It's a new day,
New opportunities to heal,
To forgive,
To overcome,
To go beyond,
To laugh.
Have fun.
Be creative.
To be compassionate,
To be aware.
To be whole.
Realising this as you take a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Taking a deep breath in.
And hold.
And exhale.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to allow the mind total freedom.
To think.

Of your posture,
Of how you're sat as you breathe in.
And breathe out.

The number.

And the animal.
It's a good sound.

Life is not always easy and that if the world needed us to be perfect,

To be in despair,
To lose faith in the unfolding of what's happening.
That's part of it.
And there's a beauty to that,
That we weren't born in a way where everything is just perfect all the time.
Perhaps that would be torturous in its own way.
If you really consider something like that,
That we can not always know what to do or make a mistake or fail at something we tried,
All of that has a certain beauty to it.
Remembering this makes it easier to navigate it knowing that when we do figure it out,
When we do get it right,
It feels that much better.
It feels that much more precious.
