She is a graduate of Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield's Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program and received her RYT-200 from Yoga District in Washington, DC. She teaches both yoga and meditation classes online and in person. Christina also completed American University's Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance and works with clients in all stages of their professional development.
