I invite you to close your eyes and relax.
Allow the sound of my voice to guide you deeper and deeper into relaxation.
There's nothing to do and nothing to think about.
We're simply believing,
Relaxing and letting go.
The more you allow yourself to sink deeper and deeper,
The easier it is to let go of stress and symptoms you may be holding.
Take a deep,
Slow breath and notice how your body relaxes and lets go.
And the more you relax,
The easier it is for your body to become loose,
Tender and relaxed.
And the more you sink deeper and deeper,
The easier it is for you to let go of stress,
Symptoms and pain from your body.
And as you sink deeper and deeper into relaxation,
It becomes easier and easier to let go.
I invite you to imagine that you're sitting outside in a beautiful garden.
Bright green trees are all around you.
Flowers,
Butterflies and birds.
It's a very picturesque and beautiful scene.
You can see the sun in the distance.
You feel completely peaceful,
Calm and relaxed in this beautiful garden.
Whatever colors you see are perfect for you.
These colors are meant to help you relax even deeper,
To help you access states of tranquility and peace.
And as you settle back deeper and deeper,
Your muscles become loose and tender and relaxed.
And your mind clears.
You're able to visualize,
Sense or imagine this beautiful garden expanding colors all around you.
And the colors you see are perfect for you.
These colors will help bring you balance,
Peace,
Calm and tranquility.
And as you focus on your breath and this visualization,
Your muscles become loose and tender and relaxed.
You're doing an amazing job.
I invite you now to notice the sun is being upon the crown of your head.
And this sunlight is going to help your muscles continue to loosen and relax.
And as the sun continues to travel down your body,
It will clear out any stress,
Any tension,
Any negative emotions you may be holding throughout your body and helping your body become more loose,
Limp,
Tender and relaxed.
Allow the sound of my voice and any noises to help you sink deeper and deeper.
We're in this beautiful garden.
The flowers and colors around you are helping you relax.
They're helping you feel more balanced and calm.
And the warm light of the sun is traveling down the crown of your head,
Loosening the muscles of your scalp,
Loosening the muscles of your head,
Your jaw,
Your chin,
Your eyes.
And your body is sinking deeper into relaxation as your muscles become more loose,
Limp,
Tender and relaxed.
And the more you sink into relaxation,
The easier it is to let go of stress,
Tension and pain,
Helping you access states of mind over matter and relax deeper and deeper.
As your body accesses a deeper sense of balance,
Light continues to travel down your neck and your shoulders,
Down your arms,
Helping all these muscles loosen and relax.
Your body is sinking deeper and deeper into relaxation and your muscles are loose,
Limp,
Tender and relaxed.
The sunlight continues to travel down your neck,
Your back and your spine,
Through all your organs and your abdomen and chest,
Helping your body sink deeper and deeper into relaxation as your muscles become loose,
Limp,
Tender and relaxed.
You're doing an amazing job.
This simple practice is helping you access a state of mind over matter,
Letting go of anything that doesn't serve you,
Letting go of emotions and stress you may be holding throughout your body and helping you feel loose and relaxed.
The light continues to travel down your body.
It's focusing on your spine and your hips,
Opening this area for deep relaxation,
Helping you feel safe and supportive,
Accessing a state of deep relaxation,
Helping those muscles in your spine become loose,
Limp,
Tender and relaxed,
Helping the muscles in your hips become loose,
Limp,
Tender and relaxed.
And the light continues to travel down your body,
Focusing on any area that you have tension or stress,
Filling it with pure loving cleansing,
Crystalline light.
And as that area in your body fills up with light,
Your muscles become loose,
Limp and tender.
And as you sink deeper and deeper,
You're able to let go of the stress and tension you're holding there,
Releasing any negative emotions,
Any negative thoughts,
Any feelings or beliefs that may have triggered this pain to arise in your body.
The light is traveling down your body,
Down your legs,
Slowly clearing out any pain or tension through your lower body.
The muscles of your legs are relaxing,
Your body is sinking deeper and deeper into relaxation,
Letting go of any stress or tension in your legs,
In your knees,
In your ankles,
In your feet.
All the muscles in your body from your head to your toes are clearing out and relaxing.
They're becoming loose,
Limp,
Tender and relaxed.
And your body has sunk deeper and deeper into relaxation.
This simple practice has served you.
And anytime you want to access this state of relaxation,
Simply focusing on your breathing and helping you visualize this beautiful garden in this light will help you release stress and emotions that don't serve you.
Clearing out space in your body for more balance and calm,
Helping you feel more safe and supportive in this world.
I invite you to visualize,
Sense or imagine now that before you there is a tree beginning right in front of you.
The massive,
Strong and powerful tree.
It doesn't have any flowers yet,
But it's blooming green,
Brilliant leaves,
Strong trunk and bark.
It's growing in front of you magically.
And as I recite these simple words,
I invite you to focus on that area of your body where you've been feeling symptoms.
Maybe apply a hand or some pressure there.
Or imagine that light is shining upon it.
And as I recite these words,
Notice how the tree begins to blossom and bloom in magical colors of flowers.
Whatever colors arise is perfect for you.
That is the color that you need to infuse in that area today.

These simple words are causing the tree to bloom and blossom.
The flowers are more brilliant and soothing.
And as these colors erupt around you,
You feel more relaxed and peaceful.
Accessing a state of peace,
Calm and tranquility.
And letting go of anything that doesn't serve you.
Helping you feel more safe and supported.
Helping your body feel more balanced and calm.
Notice how the blossoms and blooms continue to arise as you just focus on your breathing.
Taking a deep,
Slow breath and feel how your inner strength is growing within you.
Maybe you feel little tingling sensations rising through your body as you have connected with the earth and with your inner sense of calm.
Deep states of peace,
Calm and tranquility are flowing throughout your body.
You're getting relaxed and peaceful.
You've accessed the deep sense of relaxation.
And your body has let go of stress easily.
You're feeling more balanced and calm.
I invite you now to notice that all around you there are little buds of flowers bursting through the ground in a circle formation all around you.
These green little buds are ready to sprout some new flowers.
This circle around you is your circle of protection and it will remain with you today.
Taking a deep,
Slow breath and notice how they begin to blossom and bloom in different colors.
Whatever color arises is perfect for you.
This color helps you relax even deeper,
Helping you access deep relaxation throughout your body.
Helping that area where you had stress loosen and relax.
You are protected now in this circle of protection.
This circle will remain with you all day long.
And I invite you now to imagine or visualize that there's a bubble forming around you.
Whatever color this bubble may be is perfect.
To anchor in these sensations of protection,
I invite you to visualize or imagine someone in a situation that you are grateful for.
Maybe place a hand upon your heart and feel how grateful you are for this person or this situation.
Visualize or sense or imagine the last time you were with them and notice how you can access deep states of gratitude.
Feeling more peace,
Calm,
And tranquility as this bubble of protection surrounds you.
Taking a deep,
Slow breath and notice how easily you have relaxed.
Your body has sunk deeper and deeper.
Your muscles are loose,
Limp,
Tender,
And relaxed.
And you are protected in this bubble of protection.
You're completely safe and supported here.
You have let go of things that didn't serve you.
I invite you now to notice that big tree in front of you suddenly has a door.
This is the door of your new beginnings.
It is a fresh start.
A clean,
Fresh start.
Letting go of stress is easy for you.
And you're excited to see what is on the other side of that door.
You feel excited and giddy,
Even like a child filled with energy and vitality as you approach that door.
I invite you to open that door.
See what's on the other side.
You have access to deep states of relaxation.
And as you open that door,
You feel more peace,
Calm,
And tranquility as you pass through the threshold of the door.
There's a rainbow in the distance.
A beautiful garden,
A waterfall.
You feel safe and supported in this peaceful and calm space.
Take in a deep,
Slow breath and notice how your body sinks deeper and deeper.
And your muscles are loose,
In,
Tender,
And relaxed.
I invite you now to notice that there is a rock on the floor next to you.
I invite you to pick up that rock and place it in your hand.
It feels heavy and dense.
I invite you now to ask yourself these questions and see if you can get insights as to where your pain came from.
And all these answers that you get will only clear up more space for peace,
Calm,
And tranquility.
And any negativity and any painful thoughts will simply drain from your body into that rock,
Letting you sink deeper and deeper into relaxation and allowing your muscles to become loose,
In,
Tender,
And relaxed.
Take in a deep,
Slow breath.
Allow your body to let go.
Where did this pain begin?
Was there an emotion attached to it?
Why did I feel triggered?
And how can it go?
Take in another deep,
Slow breath and notice how all your insights brought some clarity.
And anything that doesn't serve you is melting away,
Entering that rock in your hand and leaving your body in deep relaxation,
Helping those muscles and that tension to melt away as your muscles become loose,
In,
Tender,
And relaxed.
All these insights that came to you will continue to guide you into connecting with your mind and your body and realizing that you can access states of mind over matter and let go of anything that doesn't serve you.
So I invite you now to take in a deep,
Slow breath.
Let go of anything else that doesn't serve you into that rock.
Feel how your inner strength,
Your peace,
Your calm,
Your tranquility is growing all around you,
Reinforcing that bubble of protection,
That gratitude bubble that surrounds you.
And the strength in your arm is powerful.
I invite you now to imagine that you are raising your arm with all your strength and tossing away all those negative thoughts,
Those feelings,
Those triggers with that rock into the water or pond before you.
And as it slowly travels in the air and disappears under the water,
Your body sinks deeper and deeper into relaxation.
You have accessed deep states of peace,
Calm,
And tranquility,
And you have let go of things that don't serve you.
You have done an amazing job today.
Your body is completely relaxed,
Feeling peaceful and calm,
Feeling safe and supported here in this beautiful garden with this rainbow.
You have the inner strength within you to access these states anytime you need it.
And by focusing on your breathing,
You have accessed this easily.
As we count up to five now and you awaken,
These states of peace,
Calm,
And tranquility will remain with you,
Helping your body access these states of relief.
And your muscles will remain loose,
Thin,
Limber,
And lay back.
One,
You are slowly coming back now.
Whatever colors you saw today were perfect for you.
And as you continue to see them throughout your day,
They will help you access that state of peace,
Calm,
And tranquility throughout your experiences.
Two,
You are completely relaxed and peaceful.
This simple meditation has served you.
Three,
The bubble of protection remains with you today.
Anytime you want to feel safe and supported,
Taking a deep,
Slow breath and connecting with that gratitude will remind you that this bubble is here.
Four,
You are almost back now,
Completely relaxed and peaceful.
Five,
You can awaken now,
Taking these states of peace,
Calm,
And tranquility with you to continue to live a balanced and peaceful day.
