He trained as a meditation and mindfulness coach and specialized in chakra balancing. To deepen his knowledge, he started researching the philosophy of Yoga, while at the same time practicing asanas and pranayama. From there, he travelled to India where he trained as a Yoga Teacher in the yogic capital of the world, Rishikesh.
