Let your eyes close.

Bring in your awareness to your breath.

Inhale softly,

Exhale slowly.

With each breath,

Feel yourself softening,

Settling,

Arriving in the present.

Now,

Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful place.

Before you is a doorway.

Notice its details.

What is it made of?

Is it old and weathered?

Maybe it's bright and glowing.

Perhaps it's ornate.

This doorway is yours.

A threshold into your inner wisdom and the future you're creating.

Step closer and place your hand on the handle.

Feel its texture.

Take a deep breath.

As you exhale slowly,

Turn the handle and push the door open.

As the doorway opens,

A space reveals itself.

Step across the threshold and notice what greets you.

This is a space of possibility.

This is a space created by your subconscious.

Look around.

What colours surround you?

Is the light soft and golden or bright and expansive?

Perhaps you notice a landscape unfolding.

Or perhaps a room filled with warmth,

Beauty and comfort.

Take time to explore.

Notice how this space feels in your body.

Does it bring a sense of expansion in your chest?

Or lightness in your shoulders?

Or ease in your breath?

Allow whatever sensation you feel to grow,

Filling you from the inside out.

As you stand here,

Begin to sense what this place means for you.

Maybe it shows you the life you're stepping into.

Peaceful mornings.

Meaningful work.

Vibrant health.

Maybe you see yourself smiling,

Moving with freedom,

Feeling confident or at ease.

Allow yourself to witness this future vision of you.

Notice any messages that might arise.

They might be images,

Words or simply a felt sense of knowing.

Let them wash through you like gentle waves of reassurance.

Allow the qualities of this place.

Calm.

Clarity.

Hope.

Possibility to enter your body with every breath.

With each inhale,

Draw in light and confidence and positivity.

With each exhale,

Release old doubts or limits,

Making space for new growth.

And pause here for a moment,

Absorbing everything.

Know this doorway is always available to you.

And you can return to it whenever you need to connect with your inner wisdom.

Carry this sense of positivity and possibility with you.

Bring awareness back to your breath.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes,

Feeling grounded once more.

And slowly open your eyes,

Knowing the energy of your future is already unfolding within you.
