Penny Letchford

Penny is passionate about whole-person wellbeing, with a particular interest in how we navigate stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm in a fast-paced world. Her journey into mindfulness and healing began through her own lived experience with anxiety, which led her to explore practices that supported not just her mind, but her body and nervous system as well. Initially training as a medical doctor with a specialism in psychiatry, Penny was gradually drawn toward a more holistic and embodied approach to wellbeing. This led her to deepen her knowledge through training in breathwork, nervous system regulation, yoga therapy, and trauma-informed practice — weaving together a toolkit she now shares with others seeking balance, resilience, and inner steadiness. Penny’s meditations and workshops are gentle, grounding, and compassionate. They invite a softening of the inner landscape — creating space for self-reflection, rest, and reconnection. Her work supports people to regulate their nervous systems, cultivate emotional resilience, and live with more ease and authenticity.
